Miraval Austin Resort & Spa - All Inclusive Adults Only

Did a day trip. Overall everything was outstanding. One activity which definitely stood out over others I had completed, by far was the most enlightening and revitalizing experience with the amazing and very nice archery instructor, Amber. I highly suggest signing up for the archery activity as it is just more than shooting a bow and arrow believe it or not, which growing up, I never even thought about the revelations archery could bring it into one's life to where it is very meditating, chakra aligning, plus both physically and mentally stimulating. Along with the amazing and healthy food they offer, plus with all the spa amenities, oneself can leave feeling very revitalized, tranquilized and miravalized... Thanks again Amber, you must be one of the top instructors there because I would definitely come back and take the archery class again any day of the week!

Whether you’re with family, friends, work colleagues, or going solo - we saw it all - Miraval Austin creates memorable experiences and offers countless activities that both challenged us and helped us to reflect. Every team member was kind and so very helpful. We can’t wait to return!

Absolutely amazing solo trip! I Feel completely rejuvenated. Everything from the start to finish was excellent. Service, housekeeping, and experience was incredible. Would go back again and again, there is so much left to do & explore!!

Great classes n smoothies,matcha lattes and hibiscus tea. Loved the all inclusive aspect. Bring lots of layers since Texas weather is unpredictable and the third day we had snow. Would love to return. Especially loved the nutrition and chef talks. The stress solutions class was full of actionable steps. Also enjoyed the body classes like belly dancing (wish there were more classes and a couples dancing class like salsa or two step). Also enjoyed the foam class.

This was our second girls trip to Miraval Austin and it did not disappoint. Challenged ourselves with the obstacle course (Rock Squirrel with Dylan was terrific) and enjoyed pampering at the spa. Highly recommend the naga Thai massage treatment (James was outstanding!). The rooms are not over the top luxurious but clean and comfortable - you’re not going to be in your room much if you are fully immersed in the Miraval experience. The beds are heavenly so when you do finally rest at night you will melt into the comfortable beds. Take advantage of the variety of classes, try something new and out of your comfort zone. It’s worth the effort and you won’t regret it.

Our stay at the Miraval Austin was exceptional. The accommodations, food, nutrition classes, setting and staff were all the gold standard of hospitality, but my personal favorite were the experiences with Sunshine. Her storytelling and moon ceremony were incredibly meaningful and something I will treasure.
