Actually it is -1 the hotel yash executive is terrible . I book executive room and they gave deluxe room there is no wifi, no shaving kit, no bath towel, no proper cleaning

Dear Hotel Yash Management, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by subpar service and unprofessional behavior from your staff, particularly Vaishnavi. *Issues Encountered:* 1. Room cleanliness and maintenance were inadequate. 2. Service was slow and unresponsive. 3. Vaishnavi's behavior was harsh, unhelpful, and unwelcoming. *Specific Incident:* On [date], I requested [assistance/request] from Vaishnavi, but she responded rudely and dismissively. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. *Expectations:* 1. Cleanliness and maintenance should be prioritized. 2. Staff should be trained to provide prompt and courteous service. 3. Employees like Vaishnavi should undergo customer service training. *Recommendations:* 1. Improve staff training and accountability. 2. Enhance room maintenance and cleanliness protocols. 3. Address Vaishnavi's behavior and consider retraining or reassigning her. *Conclusion:* My stay at Hotel Yash was disappointing, and I would not recommend it to others. I hope you take my feedback seriously and implement necessary changes to improve your services.

Yash hotel is very nice everything is nice and clean service is very good it has all the facilities like restaurant bar spa and most importantly cheap hotel room

Visited the property on 1st of sep and I've been using this hotel from last 2 years but this time it was a great pleasant stay as of now the management is under Mr. Aashish Aksal, General Manager of this hotel. We loved the hospitality with well maintained rooms with good taste and new food menu. Once again thanks team Yash and I recommend everyone to visit this property once.

Right from my arrival at the hotel & till my departure, i was met with a very warm welcome & send off. All amenities in the room were in perfect place ( except the phone instrument. Service & response was impeccable, whether in room service or at the breakfast room. Morning breakfast was fresh & very satisfying, just like their service with a smile. A special mention foe the reception check in staff & the security guards on duty- as a one night guest, i was treated royally. It became a memorable stay. Everyone went beyond their means to satisfy me in every way. I thank the hotel management for such an excellent staff & services. Would love to come back here again. Thank you very much. . Ac remote not available. Wash basin water logging problem. Hotel team said they only have one remote and can only set one temperature and they cannot give ac remote. If i take it with me then they said they disturb in night if remote is required.
