Bom hotel, mas as fotos não são exatamente como a realidade. Very attentive and friendly receptionists, especially Garima who helped us a lot with the check-in.

First they have given a smoking room, which was suffocating, later got the room changed and the shower was not working. They said the first floor rooms AC was not working.

I stayed two nights in February 2025 and found the hotel clean and comfortable. It is near the train station which was very convenient for a very early morning train. I had butter chicken for room service one night and it was just OK, the next night I had the veg Thali which was tasty. They had limited options for coffee at breakfast. I prefer black coffee, but they only had coffee with a lot of milk and sugar. The service in the restaurant was just OK, perhaps because of communication issues. The service in the hotel overall was good. I drank all the bottled water the first night and housekeeping left several extra bottles the next day. Great attention to detail!

The experience was over okay. Not terrible, not amazing. There were a lot of issues with the wifi for the majority of my stay, which made contacting friends and family difficult as a non-Indian with a different country code. Overall, it was a place to sleep, shower, and keep my bags safe, which was enough for me.

Good staff reception staff was very good and polite miss renuka help me a lot with my check in and samiksha help me with my checkout and staff of housekeeping is good the stay was very comfortable and good I really recommend this hotel and this was good time of stay

Good room service, Entrance dialogue was good.. During visit Renuka and Samikasha Receptionlist way of approach is fine.. You can feel the happiness here.. Recommended to stay here, Provisions are good, 😊 Trip was ended awesome.. 😎😎😎
