Small, cosy single-family house "Gwiezdna", built in 2008, renovated in 2022, surrounded by trees. Outside the resort, 12 km from the centre, in a quiet, elevated position, 30 m from the lake, located by a road, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: property 1'300 m2 (fenced). Fireplace (sandbox), bathing jetty. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Motor access to the house (1.8 km via unmade road). Parking at the house. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station 5 km, sandy beach 4 km pebble beach 3 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km, swimming bay 4 km, bathing lake 30 m.
