Reception service was quick and easy and we had our room upgraded. The room was modern and clean and the staff extremely helpful well manered. The Breakfast was pretty good value for money with lots of choices. The Barista coffee we did not sample but the regular coffee incuded with the Breakfast was pretty average.
On the whole we had a most enjoyable stay..

Reasonable price, good location, close to Albany mall. Walking distance to some Chinese supermarket and food restaurants.
Got a kitchen , washing machine in your room but the dishwaher and rangehood not working very well.
Clean and tidy room and bathroom.
If this is the area you need to stay, this hotel is a good choice.

Oven missing a handle to open, dishwasher missing the nob to turn on, and clothes dryer heating element was broken and not functional.. poorly maintained appliances so not quite sure what is going on here at $350 a night.. (challet 7 for reference... so avoid!).
Other than that, view, location and room was lovely for a couple of days. Worked well for our family.
