環境很好。規定退房時間11點不太友好

Room is overall clean & comfortable . Toilet is an open concept without glass walls to separate the shower area from the toilet seat & it had safety bars (probably meant for people with mobility issues as there’s a hospital nearby). Amenities also included body lotion. It’s about a 10min walk to the nearest supermarket. Breakfast was good, although the standard of the food dropped in the weekend (I stayed on the weekday through the weekend) - food was burnt /overcooked on Saturday as compared to the weekday.

Poor Service. I was called down stairs in the middle of night to move the car. Does not deserve 4 star rating. No hair dryer. Pretty old facility. some days towels are missing. They did not refill shower gel for 4 days. Parking is a nightmare. It is never available. Also, it is paid parking which they do no mention. Bar is average and the service was also average.

Comfortable and conveniently located for what I was there in Auckland for.
