The hotel is very good. Excellent location. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The front desk staff is friendly and kind. They changed my room because the internet connection. The hotel is perfect for visiting the main attractions. The metro and buses lines are very close. Lots of shopping and restaurant areas nearby. Very convenient for solo travelers. I highly recommend it. I didn't have any negative experience. I will definitely stay again in this hotel.

地點非常好，就在天空塔周邊，酒店下面有免費電話卡，自己充錢就可以，相當便民。雖説是酒店，裏面有炊具，有需要的也可以自己做。雙人間裏面空間不大，可以理解，畢竟就在市中心。性價比很高

宜必思是連鎖店，世界許多國家都有，但這間前台還可以，我住了六天，沒換過鋪蓋，甚至有一天要自己去前台拿毛巾等，掛了可以打掃衞生的牌，等於白掛，有兩天我下午回酒店，還沒搞衞生，清潔這方面的確很差，早餐質量還行，但我的女式手提包放在餐桌上卻被人拿走，酒店和餐廳都沒有盡責幫我追討，由於發生這樣一件不愉快的事，讓我感到酒店辦事效率低，直到我離開酒店，都沒有一個交代給我。

I am sorry to hear that you had your item taken at a local cafe. Did you report this to the police as suggested by both the cafe and the hotel staff. The cafe was pulling CCTV of the incident for you, so you could provide it to the police.I am also sorry your room was not serviced whilst your stayed with us. Pros - Convenient location - Friendly staff (happy to book airport shuttle or taxi on your behalf) Note - no AC (though they do have a small fan mounted in the corner of the room) - 3in1 shampoo, conditioner, body soap - can take airport super shuttle to hotel $20pp
