房間設施完善，早餐豐富。唯一不方便的就是，和朋友的房間不在同一樓層，到朋友房間需要先下到三層，再由朋友接到人後刷卡到朋友的樓層。

Absolutely loved the Grand Sky City. Only downside was the check in and check out service. It would be best to have a self service system or more staff on the counter. Apart from that my family will definitely be back again.

乾淨整潔，設施完善，商業中心區，購物方便，去各個景點方便，酒店旁邊的skydriver 大巴直達機場，下午1:30到酒店，前台也給辦理了入住，早餐不錯。推薦。

在奧克蘭住過幾個酒店 jw ，皇冠 説實話這家相比不差 房間的設備基本齊全 也比較新 每天都有免費的瓶裝水 這就不容易了 皇冠就沒有 給的小費 服務員也不要🙅 整體不錯
