Stupid you have to pay $30 for parking!! Rip off..... money hungry. Nothing in the email say8ng theres extra charges for everything.

No bath plug. Cigarette butts and packet on the room balcony. Rubbish from previous guests under the beds. Very average, will not be staying again.

Really good location central but not on a super congested busy street, car parking $30 a night. Simple but tidy and comfortable rooms, no complaints

The room was just basic, but that's all we needed. It was very clean and tidy. The service was great. I would have liked to stay longer than the 2 nights that we stayed.

作為一個攜程的金鑽用户，不建議大家入駐這個酒店。 第一就是前台有個皮膚很黑的可能是南亞某大國的妹子服務態度極差，對待中國人冷冰冰關鍵是且很壞，我下午1點半到達酒店辦理入駐，告知需要等到2點才能進房間因為打掃衞生的人員很忙，我表示完全理解就繳納了按金和登記後就在酒店休息區休息等待。到了2點後我按約定辦理入住，她很冷冰的説沒有房間，我問那能不能確定告訴我幾點可以入住，我可以調節一下我後續的安排，結果這個皮膚很黑的前台妹子就回了我一句“no”就沒有任何錶示了，就去給歐美人辦理了，把我們晾到了一邊。。這時來了一個男性國人前台，在用國語和他交涉下，立即就辦理了入住，前後3分鐘時間。大家想一想就知道為什麼了。還有就是在辦理入住時同行的英語8級的同伴問這個膚黑前台大堂的洗手間在哪裡，這這膚黑前台説洗手間壞了不能用，是説不能用。結果那個男性國人前台來了後表示就是洗手間有個燈不亮，完全不影響使用！ 第二就是這家店前不着村後不着店，走路要走一會，打車去天空塔起步6塊紐幣，周邊吃喝靠走路有點費勁，地理位置不算優越。 第三就是房間設備嚴重老化。 其實這家酒店的價格和天空塔周邊100米的同星級酒店價格差不了200塊人民幣一晚，完全不用為了省錢給自己遭罪。 表揚一下這個酒店的男性國人前台，上海人，明事理講道理一切按規章制度辦事。

這個酒店物超所值，房間寬敞明，設施設備齊全，地理位置優越，離皇后大街很近，並且服務熱情周到，還有中文服務，，尤其是那個中文服務的女前台工作人員，特別好🌹
