"Unfortunately, the hotel was very disappointing. I didn't expect it to be so dirty. The room and the hotel grounds were extremely unkempt, and the condition left much to be desired. Honestly, everything was much worse than I expected. The only positive I can mention is the staff—they were friendly and eager to help. But, unfortunately, the staff's good attitude doesn't compensate for the terrible state and dirtiness of the hotel. I really hope management will pay attention to cleaning and the overall condition of the hotel."

"As long as I have been coming to Ac, 40 yrs I’ve never valet my car. Due to certain circumstances this time I pulled up to get my bag taken out of my car and I have a valet Mikal come over. He was a complete gentleman and he assured me my car would be safe with him. I decided to leave it with him. I left and went shopping leaving everything in my car. The honesty and professionalism was outstanding.. Everything was left the way I put it and nothing touched. Thank you as well as the other valet the week of Nov14."

"WELL WHERE DO YOU BEGIN FIRST ITS IN THE SLUMS ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT LOCATION IS THE BEACH VIEWS…ROOMS OK REALLY OLD NEEDS UPDATE SHOWER AND BATHROOM DRAIN WERE MESSED UP MAINTENANCE HAD TO COME UP…THE PLACE SAYS “NO SMOKING”WELL OUR FLOOR #11 WAS NOTHING BUT **** SMELL…EVEN WORKERS BUT FRONT DESK LADY SEEMED JUST FLAPERGASDIC THAT THERE COULD BE THAT GOING ON IN HOTEL WELL I WILL GET SECURITY TIGHT ON THAT!!!!WELL SURE YOU BEST CK YOUR WORKERS…ALL I CAN SAY IS IF CHOICE HOTELS IS AFFILATED WITH BLUEGREEN THEN I SHOULD DEFINITELY GET MY POINTS ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT… BECAUSE I EXPECT MORE OUT OF THST COMPANY"
