The condo is fully furnished with a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed, and will accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. As of Fall 2024, this condo has been completely updated! We could not be more excited to share with you. For starters, the entire condo was painted with warm and welcoming colors. All new flooring was also installed throughout! In the kitchen all new appliances were added, including a new stackable washer and dryer behind the bi-fold closet in the kitchen area! A new air conditioning unit was installed. Lastly new furniture was placed throughout. We guarantee you are going to love it! Upon arrival, guests will enter into a small hallway. To the right guests will find the first of the two bedrooms. This bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstand, window for natural light, dresser and closet for storage, flat screen TV, and access to the guest bathroom right down the hall. The bathroom features a tub/shower, vanity, toilet, mirror, hair dryer, and more. Moving right along guests will find the kitchen, centrally located between the guest bedroom and living area. The kitchen features all new appliances including: a full-size fridge and freezer, mounted microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cabinet space for storage, double compartment kitchen sink, and much more. Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem.
