The Georgian Terrace

I booked this room for my in-laws as a place to stay near Emory the night before treatment. They had nothing but amazing things to say about this hotel & the staff the encountered while there. It was clean and comfortable. The accommodations exceeded our expectations!

The reception team was amazing—special thanks to Nessa and her colleagues, who were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They also kindly arranged an early check-in, which I really appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located, with a subway station nearby, and it's quite central. But at night homeless people sleep in the area, so I tried not to walk at night. I stayed for four nights, but housekeeping never cleaned my room. I also want to clarify that I did not have the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door at any point. They do not provide slippers.

Excellent service! Big room and nice people. Central location.

Nessa was awesome. Rooms were huge. Great location and historic building

前台很差勁，沒素質

The location is great and the staff is very friendly but there were challenges. The room we reserved through Airbnb was under renovation when we arrived and the room we were given had problems with burned out light bulbs torn furniture a leaking refrigerator, kitchen stocked with only three utensils and three plates and a running toilet. The staff addressed the issues as we reported them but they were also challenges with getting ice - wait times or sometimes an hour or longer. The last night we didn't get ice at all after submitting several requests.
