"The room was excellent and the view from the desk (workplace) was phenomenal. The pool is also a feast for the eyes. As is the steak restaurant next door. The only downside for me: the breakfast. I have already visited a number of hotels in Asuncion and the breakfast in this hotel is, for my taste, at best passable. The scrambled eggs were inedible (which my companion also confirmed), there was no bacon and even the coffee was not tasty. So I limited myself to cakes/sweets and fruit. There is definitely still a lot of room for improvement here. Otherwise, though, it was great."
