"Environment: This hotel is quite old and located in the center of Asti. Transportation is very inconvenient; all roads are one-way, and parking is extremely difficult. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend driving to this hotel. Aside from the breakfast restaurant being very comfortable and the front desk staff being very polite and helpful, the hotel rooms are quite old. It's a hotel built in the style of old Italian architecture, and all the facilities, including some of the equipment, have a vintage feel. In winter, the heating system is very noisy."

"Lovely location and tasty food. We ordered the full menu (6 courses and started with champagne) but ordered ‘half’ wine pairing glasses as we had to drive back to our appartment and he be seemed to understand our request. At the end of the evening he charged us however the full price each/ clearly a miscommunication but you would expect to see a correct bill rather than just an explanation on why he was right… not the level of service you would expect from a M star restaurant."
