"Initially, when booking, only rooms with two twin beds were available, and we paid extra for breakfast for two. To our surprise, upon arrival, we discovered that dinners for all five days of our stay had also been paid for during the booking. We only found this out at check-in. Room 805: Upon check-in, we were given room 805, which had one twin bed. 'Well, okay,' we thought, 'that's good.' However, everything in the room was set up for one person: one bathrobe, towels, and toiletries for one. The safe wasn't working, and slippers weren't provided. All night, there was a loud hum from the corridor. The bathroom exhaust fan was tightened and not working, as opening it produced an unbearable noise. The window didn't close tightly, so all the street noise was audible in the room. As a result, no one got any sleep. Relocation and Room 1403: In the morning, we asked to change to a quiet room, as we had specified this preference when booking on Trip.com. Within an hour, we were moved to room 1403. It was indeed quiet, with a stunning view of Khan Shatyr (photo attached). But the bathroom had a terrible smell of urine. Apparently, someone frequently missed the toilet, and the walls on the sides were wallpapered, which had peeled off at the corners and absorbed this 'aroma.' We had to keep the room ventilated constantly. We had no expectations left for this hotel to work miracles or for another relocation. By the way, when our room was rebooked, our dinner access for the 15th was revoked. But we weren't upset, as we usually dine outside the hotel. Hotel Condition: The hotel and rooms are very worn out. The furniture is old, the carpets are dirty, and the tiles and grout are peeling. The mirrors are streaky, and the personal hygiene products are of low quality. This is a maximum of a 3-star level, definitely not higher! Housekeeping: The room was NEVER cleaned! We moved into it on the morning of September 11th. Only on September 13th at 4:00 PM did a maid knock, but we were getting ready for an important event and said we would leave by 6:00 PM, after which she could clean. In the end, no one came. And only on September 14th, at 9:25 PM, mind you, did a maid knock and ask: 'Excuse me for being so late, do you need water or towels?' 😆 We laughed and said we didn't need anything anymore. Front Desk and Check-out: Specifically about the front desk's work. Huge thanks to the girls who helped us move to a quiet room—that's the only reason I'm giving the hotel a somewhat positive rating. But why doesn't a supposedly 5-star hotel offer paid late check-out? Instead, they 'pushed' more expensive rooms on us. It was an unpleasant moment: we were ready to pay for late check-out, but they told us everything was sold out and only premium suites were available 😆🤓🤣. Staff and Security: I want to specifically highlight the work of the security guards. They always created a pleasant mood upon entering and leaving the hotel. Respect and praise to them. Food and Facilities: Breakfasts are mediocre, for a three-star hotel, definitely not five. The gym is decent, the sauna and hammam are good, we didn't go to the pool. In the showers, the broken shampoo and gel dispensers were shoddily glued back together—everything is very battered. Conclusion: The hotel is not worth the money. It's a maximum of THREE ⭐️⭐️⭐️, not five. Will I come back here again? Absolutely not! Do I recommend this hotel? Definitely not! There are more interesting options for this budget 😌."

"I am writing a review based on the facts. We checked in for 4 nights. It is a pity that we had to ask for a refund for 3 nights, because we had no desire to stay. We checked in at 3 am, after a long journey we decided to stay. We took a 2-level junior suite. Quite nice from the photos. 1. Very dirty, housekeeping does not work at all (2. Very stuffy and damp. We warned that check-in would be at 3 am and, I think, it was possible to leave at least the windows open. 3. In the bathroom, the wallpaper is peeling off the walls, WALLPAPER! Despite the fact that there is no exhaust hood. The air conditioner tube is located in the shower. 4. When checking in, I asked that there be a set of towels and robes for 2 people. There was one robe. I asked the girl to bring a robe and a blanket (because there were none either). Both the robe and the blanket are in yellow stains, the mattress is also in stains. 5. The carpet is in stains, you can’t walk around barefoot for sure. 6. Already in the morning I noticed the ceiling of the hall, because the light is not working and I couldn’t see it at night in the dark. It looks like the ceiling was flooded not long ago. Now there are huge mold stains there. 7. The breakfast is meager, cold, tasteless. 8. The mattress is very uncomfortable, the pillows are stone and high, like lying on a log. The rooms can be old, but if they are clean, then there are no questions about them. And here it turned out to be a combo (Thanks to the girls at the reception who met me halfway and made a refund for the unlived days"
