房間很舒服

太垃圾了這酒店，水都不給多一瓶喝，房間還控制人數，一間房衹能一人入住，我和我老公去的，他説衹能一個人住，😂然後又補了一個人的費用

The Veil Hotel lives up to its name. The dimly lit rooms feel shrouded in a veil. Advertised as a suite, it's actually just an ordinary room – very ordinary indeed. No swimming pool, no gym, and the elevator broke down 2-3 times, causing great anxiety. The front desk staff showed no service awareness. I highly do not recommend this place. Breakfast，The staff's English proficiency is very poor, making communication difficult. The room design clearly had no experience—terrible job! So many pointless features, like twelve light switches scattered around the entire room. With so many interconnected switches, turning off the lights before bed becomes a frustrating challenge, wasting time as you fumble around trying each one.

酒店造型很有特色，距離河邊不遠，沿着橋走到對面，河邊的風景也很不錯 房間的佈局也和大部分酒店不太一樣 公區是極簡風格，牆面做了水波紋的造型 入住送了賀卡和點心，早餐是點餐形式

酒店設計感很強，從外面看非常漂亮。房間設施真的一般般，最多是亞朵的水平。餐廳號稱是全阿斯塔納第一，結果剛坐下説了兩句英文居然被旁邊的顧客種族歧視了，又搞笑又離譜。但前台到餐廳的服務都很棒，點贊

Toller Aufenthalt alles perfekt, es fehlt nur ein Fitnesraum. Sauna hatte nicht richtig funktioniert, nur 70 C Temperatur. Sonst alles toll

Cozy and comfortable hotel This is one of the best hotel I ever stayed. Not that big but unique design and cozy room as well. I will stay next time again

Stylish Hotel Absolutely recommended! The only negative thing was that I can say there was lack of comfort chair on the lobby area. So nice designed very stylish hotel. You may want to spend more quality time there…
