Great location
Basic small hotel in a great location, right in the center of Assisi but far enough from the main square to be unaffected by noise from restaurants or tourist traffic. It's an old building, though, so you'll hear sounds from other guests and staff, including radio, tv, doors opening and closing, etc. It's quiet at night, and the AC works well. Room was advertised as having breakfast included, and many reviews mentioned a great breakfast, but the host didn't say anything about breakfast at check-in. A card in my room said breakfast was self-service, but the breakfast room only had vending machines with no prices and instructions only in Italian. The two elderly people who were in the room watching tv didn't offer to help (or really even say anything in response to my Buon Giorno) despite my obvious confusion, so perhaps they were also guests and didn't know what to do either. I found breakfast elsewhere, but if this matters to you ask for instructions at check-in.

Se volete vivere un'esperienza al centro di Assisi, circondati dalle viuzze e dalle chiese, questo è il posto che fa per voi. La location è ottima, a circa 100 metri dalla piazza del Comune e dal Tempio di Minerva. Camera pulita anche se un po' piccola ma comunque molto comoda. La colazione viene servita in una sala a parte, comune con tutti gli altri ospiti della struttura. Lo staff è cordiale e ti fa sentire accolto al meglio. Il prezzo è ottimo, in linea con la qualità dei servizi

Non ci sono parole per descrivere quanto siamo stati bene in questo b&b. Non riesco a trovare neanche un difetto da imputare. Il proprietario è un ragazzo d'oro, ci ha accolti e ci siamo da subito sentiti a casa. È stato disponibile a darci varie informazioni per visitare al meglio Assisi, con alcuni suggerimenti per il parcheggio. Infatti, essendo la struttura situata proprio al centro, non si riescono a trovare posti gratuiti per parcheggiare la macchina. La camera è bellissima, grande e confortevole, tutto funzionante e nuovo, con una bella vista su alcuni scorci del paesello medievale. Letto comodissimo, pulizia al top e riscaldamenti sia in camera che in bagno La colazione eccellente con cornetti e torte fatte in casa, direttamente dal proprietario. Niente di meglio che svegliarsi la mattina, aprire la porta della camera e sentire il profumo dei cornetti che ti inebria. Lo consiglio a tutti, perché ne vale davvero la pena se vuoi passare un soggiorno incantevole e rilassante ad Assisi

A experiência foi positiva. Ao ver o lado de fora, uma portinha, você não imagina como é por dentro. Como tudo, em.Assisi, é bem confortável por dentro. Ficamos em 3 pessoas, 1 casal e 1 solteiro. Haviam 2 camas, 1 de casal em 1 quarto e a de solteiro em 1 outro quarto, observação,
os quartos não tem portas, mas muito confortáveis. Hotel bem central e perto dos pontos turísticos, cafés e restaurantes.
O único porém ficou por conta do banheiro, onde o box era bem apertadinho, um gordinho, como meu esposo teve um.pouco de dificuldade em usá-lo.
No geral, indicaria sem medo aos parentes e amigos.

Parking was not all that good and we had to park in a location that required a fee. Welcoming and the breakfast was good. Good location and adequate room in the facility

Assisi shines for hospitality!
What a GEM of a place! The gentlemen at the BnB was kind and works really hard to keep this place in tip top shape. He is kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The BnB is very clean and comfortable, everything we expected and more. I wished we had plan a day or two longer in Assisi, we would have been at home here. I hope to return to Assisi in the future and given the amazing stay and great hospitality we were shown, I would choose and recommend Alter Ego again and again! Bravo SIR, you are doing amazing!
