The staff were absolutely great. At check in, I inquired about the hot tub,and was told it was down for maintenance for 24hrs. That was fine for our two day stay. A few hours later the front desk made the effort to inform us that it was back up and running again. For the hotel, the room were very clean and comfortable. The bed was good and made for an overall great stay.

The hotel itself was pretty nice but you need to work on your front desk help. Either they were outside smoking, flirting and kissing on their boyfriend or just plain not even there. Very unprofessional behavior also. Very dissatisfied. Needs more training

To start with the room, the AC didn't work, there was no toilet paper, the internet nor the TV worked and the shower head made me have to duck to get under the spray and I am 5'4". The bathroom floor was dirty, and we were only give two poor quality towels. And you can hear everything in the room above you. The first night I went to the front desk to get toilet paper and I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come in from their smoke break. The second night (8pm), my husband had to go and get more towels (3 of us total in the room, and we were only give 2 towels), and he ended up getting pool towels (very ratty and thin) because noone ever came and helped him at the counter. The 3rd day, we went to ask for towels and were told there were none and we could use floor mats...absolutely disgusting. The staff, when we did find one, were not friendly and welcoming at all.

would stay here again. centrally located. easy to get to. Nice staff. Clean room. Stayed in the suite. Bed was very comfortable and room was large!

The place was very tidy, friendly staff and reasonable priced. My nephew was expecting to see a poorly maintained place like regular motel and he got me worried. When we got inside he was surprised to see the opposite. I will go there again.

was all good location is great for where i was traveling to . Stay was good and service was also great. Breakfast was okay kinda small but i thought it was okay for the time That I was there. over all a good place

Great place to stay although it rained cars and dogs the stay was amazing. The place that was recommended was closed. Although it was Kate we opted to just eat what we had and turned in early. We did envoy our stay and the breakfast was amazing.ash’s very tasty

The room was very clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and comfortable pillows. The 2 second floor was very quiet and parking was close to entrance doors. The hotel was close to lake access gas stations super market Walgreens restaurants and more.
