Knights Inn Ashland

I will NEVER EVER stay here again & I hope the Health Department shut this hotel down until the proper maintenance can be completed. My children, my husband, & I paid about $125 for hotel at Knights Inn that had baby roaches to big roaches all on Walls, Microwave, & in the sheets under the blankets that btw SHEETS WAS DIRTY!!! So we didn’t even get time to take our coats off or anything and roaches were just there! The coffee maker nor phone for hotel DID NOT WORK. Microwave was filthy eww, fridge filthy eww, it was also mildew in room smh. So I called from my son cellphone and FrontDesk was like oh we are sorry we will put your family in better room smh ! The Knights Inn is totally infested with roaches that much is a FACT idk about any other bug I didn’t stay long enough to find out also the maintenance work that is being performed is horrible!! This hotel needs major major upgrade and needs shut down until all rooms are thoroughly cleaned, exterminated, & reviewed by Health Department before anyone spend one minute or one dollar to stay there! I feel as if a refund was definitively necessary but that of course did not occur! My family and I was there on trip to go to Malibu Jacks for memorial weekend & my husband and I work hard every Monday thru Friday for our children and to say the least… I DO NOT & WILL NOT EVER recommend Knights Inn in Ashland KY at all to anyone! This was the worse experience for my children and my husband and I seriously the WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE in my whole 35 year life!

This was a nasty hotel to stay in..The first room the toilet wouldn’t flush and a slug was in the bathtub so the second room was worse then it..I took pictures to show the front desk but they didn’t care to see..The room was dirty and has ashes on the floor n behind night stand..The blankets had burn holes in them, the top sheet I wasn’t sure what was on it, looked like chewing tobacco spit or pop was all over the side of bed, Subway napkins with who knows what on them..I will not stay here or tell anyone else to stay for that matter..Something needs done..The manager was supposed to call me the next day but she never did so that don’t say much about that..
