The Restoration Asheville

I booked us here for Mother's Day weekend and was astonished by the beauty and elegance of the hotel. They really go above and beyond to focus on perfecting the details, even leaving a rose and a note with our super cute picnic/breakfast basket on Mother's Day! The location is fantastic, but I will mention that every Friday night there is a drum circle in the park across the street which is loud and goes for several hours. We found the sound of it disturbing as you can hear it throughout the hotel and it made it hard to relax at the rooftop bar in peace. The bar downstairs had a solo artist play both nights we were there which was a lovely treat. I would gladly stay at this chic boutique again!

The Restoration was a great hotel and we’re so glad we stayed there! It is centrally located and right downtown making it very walkable to everything. There is some noise because of the location but we didn’t find that it bothered us that much and they provide ear plugs. The rooms are really beautiful and all of the amenities are very nice and well kept.  But what really makes The Restoration wonderful is its service. Every single person we interacted with was so incredibly kind. Truly the best hospitality we’ve ever received while traveling. From check in, to the managers to every bartender and to valet, everyone was genuine and friendly. 100/10 service.

Wow!! This beautiful hotel totally exceeded our expectations! We were having some issues with a third-party booking agent and the desk clerk Derek did an outstanding job of helping us through the challenges. Every aspect of the hotel is first class! The decor is beautiful. The room was fantastic and they offer many nice touches like a wine reception, upscale toiletries and comfortable robes and the sheets were very soft.  The hotel manager, Anna was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. If you are looking for a hotel in the downtown Asheville area, you will love this hotel! We have stayed at many nice hotels over the years, and this hotel is definitely an A+.

This trip was truly unparalleled. While Asheville itself is always a joy on its own, the hospitality experience with the team at restoration completely blew me away. From the moment we arrived we felt taken care of, considered, and prioritized. This was due, in no small part, to the front desk team, Hunter and Anna. Anna checked us in when we first arrived, and any stress or travel worries instantly melted away. And Hunter checked us out, making sure we had the time we needed to get everything together without rushing. Their recommendations were spot on, the vibe was just right. Simply loved every minute of our stay. Thank you guys. Seriously.

Our window looked out on the park. Friday evenings there is a drum circle which is awesome to see for about 20 minutes. The drumming went on for 4 hours and I would prefer a room away from the drumming on a Friday evening. No elliptical macine in the gym.

We've stayed at a few dog friendly hotels over the years and they've never really been great. The Restoration Hotel is the exact opposite. Our room was amazing (you'd never even know a dogs stayed there). The location is perfect. The onsite restaurants are great and give a good variety of food and exceptional drinks. All of this being said, it's the staff that made the biggest difference. From the kind woman we saw cleaning the lobby every morning to the valet, EVERYONE was amazing. We felt very at home and if you have a dog, this is the place to be. We'll certainly be going back!

Loved this hotel! Let’s start with the friendliest most accommodating staff ever. They took great care of us. Next , due to booking with points, we stayed in 2 different rooms, and they both were very clean and stylish. Also, the breakfast delivered each morning was such a nice touch and allowed us to start exploring early each day. Everyone had great recommendations for our activities and dining. Will certainly stay at the restoration again when visiting Asheville!

I had an excellent stay at the hotel from the time I pulled up with the exceptionally friendly doormen to the well equipped room, comfortable bed, open air lobby, where I worked on my computer in a casual yet upbeat environment. Excellent location right in the middle of town. Highly recommend!
