Depressing place, lacking basic things such as a working heater. I wanted to cry when I entered the room and I felt miserable because it's cold, they're refurbishing the building so it was noisy... It's a sad dirty place, the only nice thing is the building outside.
The owners seemed that couldn't be bothered by any interactions or questions.
I got sick because the windows are not insulated and only a thin duvet was provided, not even a sheet put in there.
These people obviously don't care about guests at all and putting a kitkat in the room doesn't compensate for catching a cold.

房間什麼的都不錯，就是窗簾不遮光，早上想多睡一會兒都不行。門口有停車位，並且免費，，這在英國比較難得。

Ten Family members were staying at Lyndricks House this weekend to attend our Sons Wedding Venue at Binfield. Arti and staff were very accommodating and the rooms were beautifully clean and tidy. They really enjoyed the deliciously cooked breakfasts and especially the sausages. Thank you Arti for looking after my family and making our weekend perfect

Stayed for 1 night after a day at the races. The owners are very good hosts and very friendly. We stayed in the Annex which was great with all the facilities to self cater if you wish too we however went for the cooked breakfast oprltion which was nicely cooked and tasty there was, also a great choice of cereals fruit and homemade yogurt which my wife said was delicious. The property is immaculate and located on a quiet estate. There was a great pub/resteraunt within walking distance. If I the area again we would use Lyndrick and would recommend.

Not a bad hotel - felt a little like staying in someone’s lounge though - not quite as expected from photos but they never are! Helpful friendly staff Easy parking Quite a way from Ascot though and not walkable which I didn’t realise - my fault Fresh milk in fridge Toiletries provided Overall a good experience and a good nights sleep

My husband and I stayed for two nights while going to the races. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the Annex and it was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. Plus it had the added bonus of a kitchen complete with gas hob, toaster, kettle etc. Breakfast was very tasty and a good selection of items to choose. All in all, a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend.

Great location for Ascot races, we arranged the fireworks night. Friendly welcome on check in. Lovely room, comfy bed. Off road parking. Room at the top of the building, last flight of stairs was narrow.

Very welcoming team to Lyndricks House. Arriving after 8.30pm after a long drive was fully accommodated with clear instructions re entry and free parking right outside my door! Fresh milk left in fridge and biscuits to boot. I was even able to remain in my room for a short period to prepare for a job interview that day. Bowl,plate & cutlery also provided recognising that people might bring their own breakfast. Lovely hot shower and a super clean feel to the room. Was not aware of traffic. Beautifully quiet. Absolutely spot on and I would certainly recommend Lyndricks House to anyone. Thanks Top Team!

I was looking for a place to stay in Ascot so that I could take my Husband to the PGA golf at Wentworth and a friend recommended Lyndricks House - and it did not disappoint! The lady at reception was so accommodating and booked us a ground floor room as I have trouble with stairs. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed for two nights and had breakfast each morning before heading to the golf. I loved the scrambled eggs and sausages. If you're looking for a place to stay in Ascot, I would highly recommend as our stay was a memorable one.
