Tutto sommato le stanze sono pulite ed accoglienti, nulla di eclatante, personale discreto. La colazione è abbondante e di varia scelta. Unica pecca, sono i 17 euro da pagare per un posto auto nel garage. La posizione invece è eccellente in quanto è al centro storico pertanto si può visitare la città senza grande difficoltà.

Incredibly courteous and guest-oriented staff. The hotel is beautiful, perfectly located and has excellent value for money. Rooms very well soundproofed, extremely clean and well maintained, comfortable mattresses as well as luxury cosmetic products. Breakfast buffet with high quality products such as freshly squeezed juices, great coffee etc.. This hotel with its incredibly friendly staff is worth every penny.

Bellissimo albergo nel centro del citta’, dotato di ogni comfort,personale gentile,colazione superba. Da provare la SPA. Camera accogliente,pulita, dotata di frigobar e climatizzatore. Zona silenziosa. Interni storici. Ci tornerei volentieri. Consigliato!

Che dire palazzo del mercanti per noi è un rifugio d’amore ormai da qualche anno! Situato nel centro storico di Ascoli Piceno,camere eccezionali curate nel minimo dettaglio con ogni confort… la spa lussuosa è comodissima. Insomma nulla da dire! Silenzio costante,privacy e confort ineguagliabili con nessun’altra struttura nella zona!

This boutique hotel is just charming and we were so surprised by how truly lovely it turned out to be! Small touches like soft music, croissants, coffee/tea and fresh fruit with water in the lobby area were gracious considerations for arriving travelers or guests. We stayed in room #102, which was quiet during our stay and very well~appointed. There is a safe in the room and a refrigerator if you desire to keep food or drinks cold. Our linens were carefully placed so they were easily accessible and clean. My husband is 6’1 and 175 lbs, so the shower turned out to be a challenge for him since it was a bit small for his size. We noticed the soaps and shampoo were of a high quality and their aromas truly delighted our senses. I opted to use the spa services downstairs for an added fee which were both luxurious and soothing. The breakfast in the morning had a good fresh variety, was delicious, and was also visually pleasing. I highly recommend this special hotel without reservation. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the entire environment was simply superb! Special thanks to the hotel for using paper sustainability products instead of plastics which sets a beautiful example for us all. Well done!

Hotel situato al centro di Ascoli a 2 passi da piazza del Popolo.Siamo stati accolti un ora prima del check in senza problemi e cosa a noi gradita è stato fatto un upgrade della nostra stanza da standard a superior.Stanza pulita e bel bagno nessun rumore la notte per un sonno tranquillo TV con molte piattaforme di intrattenimento.Eccezzionale la colazione il mattino. Se passiamo da Ascoli torneremo sicuramente.
