In the district of Distelberg 4 km from the centre of Zell am Ziller, 2 km from the centre of Aschau, 9 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, on a slope, 1.5 km from the lake. For shared use: garden (not fenced) lawn, swimming pool (above ground) (4 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. 1 km long motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. E-charging station. Supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop "Aschau i.Z. Camping Aufenfeld" 1.8 km, railway station "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 2.7 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Riding stable 1.5 km, ski lift 3.5 km, ski school 3.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena 3.5 km, Hochzillertal 3.5 km. Local sale of farm products. Walk-through room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. 1 small room with 1 french bed and shower. Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC. Balcony, terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). E-charging station. Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Wunderbarer Garten mit Top Aussicht,alles sehr gepflegt.Super freundliche ,hilfsbereite und Kinderfreundliche Vermieter! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder anreisen.

the house is located on a narrow steep road. That is not pleasant when there are oncoming traffic. Fortunately this only happened once. The house is fine. Neatly clean and well maintained.
