Hotel staff looking horrible. Behavior response also not normal. Fully unsafe and unhigin area, bed, bathroom, surface area as well as lift. Tv, ac liggt and fan also very old and poor condition, working with very bad sound.

The hotel is at a prime location but it is experienced that at the time of check-in, they allot below standard room first then they change the room with all amenities if any objection rises by the person who booked on line, food qualities and services are satisfactory.

Totally unhygienic and all rooms are damage. Complete cheating their is no rooms are available in the hotel. Tv non operating

the hotel is a paradise for mosquito 🦟, flies cockroaches and insects.
no intercom, no room service, and no water in the washroom.
terrible stay. simply a nightmare.

2. Bad light fittings
3. Lack of cleanliness
4. Lot of mosquitoes 5. Bad sense of business and no customer orientation- wasting customer's time, by allotting very bad rooms at first instance. My worst ever experience. Shall not prefer.

my room number was 408. The door was broken, There was no lock in the room, Hospitality was very poor.

Wo reached at 4 pm on26 th nov and stayed upto 6pm of 27th nov. Hotel was good and food was good for us. Room service wae very good.
