For shared use: natural state property 2 ha (fenced), large garden with plants and trees. Private: outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). 1 km long bumpy, narrow motor access (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 7 km, restaurant 7 km, bar 7 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "Le Saline" 3 km. Nearby attractions: Arzachena 9 km, Cannigione 11 km, Costa Smeralda 30 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. The owner uses the basement floor of the house 3/4 times a week for a few hours during the day to take care of the countryside and the animals. 3-room house 120 m2, on the ground floor. Der Aufenthalt in Haus Rita war wunderbar.Obwohl es im Juni sehr heiss war,wehte immer eine leichte Brise und war immer angenehm.Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet,wobei sicher ein paar bequemere Stühle am grossen Esstisch ganz schön wären:).Dies ist der
