The staff were exptional, I haven’t had such excellent service in a hotel before. And I have been to very many hotels in my long life. The environment is very peaceful and beautiful, the rooms are very clean but small, so the bathrooms are all the same.

CPH Pevero definitely has its charm, luxury and impeccable service. It is located in a beautiful area close to the local beaches and very luxurious Porto Cervo. There are however some points to uncover due to the costs customers incur when staying at this place. Firstly, there are no irons and ironing boards available in the rooms. Ironing can be done by their laundry service which is rather inconvenient, especially if you are going out and need to make your dress presentable in no time. I did not feel like filling a form every time I would need this service. Another very important point to mention is the beach where hotel has its beds and umbrellas. The beach was not very well maintained, needed a serious cleaning and had little amount of beds available. There were definitely not three rows of beds as they advertise. It felt like an abandoned place. When I mentioned this to the hotel's concierge she said the beach did not belong to the hotel and therefore it was out of their control what it looked like. We came at the end of May and were told the season was not fully open yet hence why. Base on the amount of money we paid for the stay this is not acceptable. Everything should be ready when season starts. Thirdly, the hotel does not have five swimming pools as they advertise. They have one swimming pool and four paddling pools. In overall, we enjoyed our stay however we had much higher expectations prior to our stay. When we arrived not everything seemed to match their description on the website.

Our recent stay at this hotel fell well short of expectations for a property claiming to offer a five-star experience. The room was small, and the bathroom even more cramped. Basic amenities were underwhelming – the toiletries had an overpowering soapy scent, and a bottle of water in the room was priced at €5. Coffee pods were average at best. Breakfast was a letdown. Much of the food was kept behind closed doors, requiring guests to request items from staff, which made the experience awkward. The selection was limited, with no fresh orange juice and a very modest offering of hot items. One of the most surprising issues was the absence of an iron. For a hotel of this standard, it’s astonishing that guests are not provided with such a basic facility. The explanation given—safety regulations—seemed more like an excuse to charge extra for a service that should be standard. Your stuff won’t be ironed unless you pay! The check-in process was disorganized and slow. The cost of transportation arranged through the hotel was outrageous. We were charged €100 for a 10-minute ride to a beach club, and similarly high rates for other journeys, regardless of distance. A transfer to the airport was €130, despite the taxi meter showing much lower rates during the trip. (€20 euros to be exact). Altogether, we spent nearly €600 on taxis (during 3 days stay ) recommended by the hotel, which felt excessive and exploitative. On a positive note, the breakfast and dinner staff were excellent—professional, friendly, and attentive. However, the food itself was average, and dinner came with a hefty price tag of over €200. We enjoyed better meals for a fraction of the cost in the nearby town. This hotel can’t truly be considered five-star. As it stands, the value for money is extremely poor, and the overall experience disappointing.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at! Service was excellent, food and drink were delicious, and the hotel itself is beautiful! I will be staying here next time I am in Sardinia! Our favorite part of staying here has to be the pools, multiple levels and sizes so you can have as much socialization or privacy as you want. All the staff spoke English so communication was effortless.

The CPH hotel boasts an exceptional location, nestled close to town with stunning ocean views, offering the perfect blend of accessibility and a serene, resort-like escape. The grounds are breathtaking, featuring a spacious, unheated pool and ample areas for relaxation, seamlessly blending with the natural landscape. Our room was roomy and comfy —highly functional, equipped with modern technology, a charming deck, and a peaceful ambiance. The hotel itself exudes a resort atmosphere while maintaining a personal touch, with numerous inviting spaces to unwind and multiple dining options. The attention to detail and guest care is remarkable. The breakfast buffet, which I highly recommend, is a highlight—one of the finest we’ve encountered in our travels. It showcases an array of fresh, local produce, meats, and cheeses, transforming every morning into a culinary adventure. Example. - We tried every local cheese one morning and it filled an entire dinner plate. The staff truly elevate the experience, making every guest feel as though they’re in their own private oasis. From the warm porters to the friendly front desk, who often greet you by name, to the exceptional concierge team securing coveted reservations and planning unique excursions, the service is impeccable. Shout out to that team as overdelivering on high expectations. That matters when every day here counts. Perfectly situated near a vibrant town yet slightly removed for a tranquil retreat, the CPH hotel delivers the best of both worlds. Heartfelt thanks to the staff, management, and director for providing such an extraordinary team and experience.

I had a reservation and unfortunately, we’ve had a very bad experience through the hotel. After taking our $2900 deposit for a May visit, the airline canceled our flight service to the island thus we are not able to go or rebook as the trip had been planned. Even though the hotel will certainly be able to resell the room you are refusing to refund our deposit. In addition, we have emailed several times and no one has the decency to answer our emails. The CEO was supposed to respond in early January and has failed to do so. This is very poor service for a five star hotel and I have not had an experience like this with other five star hotel. Avoid the hotel at all costs!

We went for a week and had two rooms connecting by a hallway, which was nice and the rooms had a view to die for. The food was great, and the hotel had a nice family feel—a great position for getting into the town. The manager was really lovely and friendly as they had an event on, so guests needed to leave the pool area so they sorted the guests out with free access to the beach, I really like the manager being around as you don't see this much these days as they usually hide away, and all the staff were really nice. The food was amazing, and we really enjoyed the experience. Very expensive, but Italy is never cheap! They offer free transport into town, which we used a few times as taxis cost a lot.

The property is beautiful as is the location. Everyone was attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Special recognition to Melisa at the front desk who was great! Only negative is that the mattress is too hard.

The property is beautiful, and the location is perfect. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. A special shout-out to Melisa at the front desk, who was especially helpful and made a great impression. The only downside was that the mattress was a bit too hard for our comfort

Fantastico ma... spiaggia più brutta del mondo
Nulla da eccepire se ci soffermassimo solo sulla valutazione dell’albergo ma il giudizio va espresso sull’insieme del complesso e poiché viene citata e lodata la spiaggia, bisogna giudicare anche quest’ultima. La struttura è bellissima, pulita e ben tenuta e, come in tutti i 5 stelle, le camere vengono rifatte 2 volte al giorno e viene sempre lasciato un piccolo e apprezzato pensierino (acqua e cioccolatini). Un po’ scomoda la vasca rispetto alla doccia, numerosi gli appoggi in camera. Presente un discreto pacchetto Sky. La colazione è semplicemente superlativa; c’è di tutto e di più e il personale è pronto, cortese e disponibile. Stupende le 5 piscine collegate tra loro, tranne quella con vasca idromassaggio. Ed ora arriviamo alle note dolenti: la spiaggia. E’ la peggiore non solo della Sardegna ma del mondo. Piena di posidonia a riva - per i primi metri - e sull'arenile. L'odore emanato dalle alghe in putrefazione è nauseabondo. Si tratterà pure di un fenomeno naturale ma ci sarà pure un modo per renderla accettabile, visti i ricchi introiti della zona. E’ evidente che non è “colpa” della direzione dell’hotel, ma qualcosa va fatto. Sicuramente noi non torneremo ma ciò è dovuto solo alla orribile spiaggia.

Ci fa piacere che il valore del Suo tempo sia stato speso bene e che di fatto parte della Sua insodisfazione non e' l'hotel in se stesso. Come puo' immaginare il team nonostante gli sforzi, soffre di giudizi, sia positivi che negativi, in maniera pubblica, su temi che sono piu' ampi e complessi. Il Piccolo Pevero e' di fatto un angolo importante per i nostri clienti, negli ultimi anni la quantita' di Poseidonia generatasi non e' sicuramente poca. Pur essendo un fenomeno naturale, nel mondo del lusso cio' e' percepito in maniera negativa, pur essendo un fenomento importante per la qualita' e la salute del bel mare della Sardegna, tanti sono i segni negativi che ricadono su chi gestisce la concessione. Per contro non avere Poseidonia sarebbe un disastro naturale. La situazione da quando Lei e' partito, e' molto migliorata sia per la pulizia giornaliera che e' stata fatta sia dovuto ai venti che hanno permesso che la Poseidonia si raccogliesse in fondali esterni. L'area e' protetta e gestita da un consorzio esterno della Costa Smeralda o della Capitaneria di Porto per cui il nostro intervento e' limitato alla semplice gestione della concessione ma non del bagnasciuga. Purtroppo nel giudicare la spiaggia nella sua bruttezza, in realta' si sta definendo un fenomeno che e' accaduto durante un periodo specifico ma che, ci sentiamo di dire come persone del posto, non avviene perennemente. Oltre al Piccolo Pevero gli Ospiti possono scoprire il Grande Pevero che, di fatto, ha piu' estensione e a seconda del vento , meno problemi di Poseidonia. Detto questo, comprendiamo la sua visione e La ringraziamo. Cordialmente

Para ser Hotel 5 estrellas les fallo! Había un rastrillo viejo en mi habitación ! No me dejaban toallas, entran mucho a la habitación sin concentiniento , fallos el SkyTv y no podrían repararla ! Fue mi segundo año consecutivo en el hotel y creo que no hubo mejoras

Not worth the money at all
VERY expensive and just average quality for food, the charge 5€ for a bottle of water, 12€ for room service (yes, if you want something delivered, they charge extra and not tell you about it)
Breakfast was included, but they charge extra (?!?) for fresh juice, waffles, pancakes or eggs other than scrambled
Main restaurant, Zafferano, barely average, and a whopping 100+€ for the menu. You can get a Michellin menu on the island for less than that
Staff is friendly, but clearly understaffed, you can tell they are working lots of hours, same guy on the breakfast is on late dinner. Lots of management issues I was told
Asked for my welcome macarons, still waiting for an answer.
The rooms are nice and clean at least
Pools are very nice, the private beach is ok,a little sargassum, and I had to insist to be driven there (they told me to walk, it was over 35C)
They have a few shuttles to the center, but don’t provide anything more, any 5 minute ride costs around 30€ in a cab
Coffee capsules weren’t replaced everyday, when I asked about it, they wanted to charge extra (not even Nespresso)
Housekeeping would leave one mere bottle of water at night, we were in 2, if you want another one, they charge
Cost benefit not worth at all imo
