Not good experience. I was even charged for a meal that the waiter presented poorly and the plate it was in broke with the meal hence I didnt eat but was charged

Great service and locations. Very hospitable. They also let me drop my luggage for a couple of nights while I’m doing safari

Nice food good ambience staff is very cooperative... rooms are spacipus & washrooms are neat & clean. It has small Gym also & have facility of Spa as well.... on the whole it was excelent hotel in heart of city........ ..,...................

I been there for 1 night only ( unfortunately) with my friend after few days safari..and i had very good time.. Perfect location..delicious food and friendly and helpful staff ..because of my birthday i got an room upgrade with an amazing view and very delicious chocolate & strawberry cake along with nice decoration with red flowers in the room … you all make my birthday special and memorable .. many thanks for all of you Till next time

I stated in hotel from Feb 13th to 15th, 2025. Being an Indian expat, I prefer Indian Cuisine so I choose Venus. This is the best hotel which I have seen in Arusha having excellent Indian foods and also continental. I feel I should mention these Managers Mr.Sarhish and Mr.Mani both were very much welcoming and ensured at each moment inside the hotel the guest feel comfortable. I have stayed in many hotels being in business, but here starting from Bellboy, receptionist, housekeeping and restaurant staffs all were well trained to attend the guest well with smiling face, Which I have never seen in anyother hotel. I wish everytime when I travel to Arusha, my preference for staying will be Venus hotel. Congratulations to the Venus hotel team and best wishes...

The hotel is good, located not far away from business centre. The property is kept clean, staff courteous, food was good. There was no need to inform them to clean the rooms and it was done promptly. The room service was also excellent. Overall Good experience

I recently stayed at Venus Premium Hotel in Arusha, and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to start the day right. The service was outstanding—the staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything needed. Specially Mr. Satish the manager caring is good.The hotel’s overall ambiance and amenities added to the pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Arusha for business or leisure. Looking forward to staying here again!

Have been visiting Tanzania frequently and same with Arusha. Thought this is not my first time with Venus . Had always felt at home.Happy to see Beatrice who could recognize me when I stepped into the hotel . The welcome drink was unexpected but amazing . The Room was comfortable and compact. The breakfast was good with better choices than before . Kelvin at restaurant was good . Liked his hospitality and service . Had a great shower but the only problem I faced was the bathroom cubical which was small in my room. Overall my experience was ………. I felt home

Came here because I didn't want to stay at hotel in moshi we were put in on Kila climb. Overall it's an above average hotel... clean, staff is nice, showers and AC work well. My only complaint is the room, spa, food and drinks there are more expensive than what you would find in a US city and for me would not have me returning.
