"I have not even stayed there yet and I am already disappointed. I made a reservation with the standard rate which allows me to cancel 14 days before the date of the reservation. First, all I got was an email that had zero details about the reservation except the date. I wrote back to the hotel requesting details about my reservation the same day and got no response. Then, I wrote another email requesting the cancellation of my reservation the next day, still no answer. Today I sent them a message on Whatsapp and nobody answered. I am not impressed at all with the service and invite the management to act accordingly."

"Welcome good. Room excellent. En-suite shower little small. Staff helpful. Good selection on buffet breakfast. Dinner wasn’t a success! Roof top garden wonderful. Comfortable, shady and magnificent views. Well placed for exploring Artà and surrounding area."

"We’re just back from a wonderful stay at NEMA in Arta. The hotel is just over a year old, it looks fantastic, great design, quality materials, a beautiful terrace, garden and pool. The rooms were a generous size with nice little balconies overlooking the pool. Don’t miss the rooftop for a sunset drink or the spa for a steam or a sauna. MA and all the staff were super friendly and helpful, offering recommendations and tips. It really was a lovely hotel and we can’t wait to go back."
