Shop 500 m, bus stop "Arosa, Rathaus" 400 m, railway station "Arosa" 1 km. Skisport facilities, slopes, sled run 500 m. Home delivery service possible. Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the house. Attention: limited number of parking spaces! Parking space or garage space must be reserved in advance with the key holder: parking space CHF 5.00/day, covered parking space CHF 8.00/day, garage space CHF 16.00/day, payable on site. Lounge with internet connection (WiFi). Ski passes are available at reception. 1-room apartment 28 m2 on 4th floor. Partly renovated in 2013, cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Hip bath/WC. Balcony, east facing position. Balcony furniture.
