In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, communal covered parking (extra), public car park at 800 m. Shop 500 m, bus stop "Arosa, Rathaus" 400 m, railway station "Arosa" 1 km. Skisport facilities, slopes, sled run 500 m. Home delivery service possible. Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the house. Attention: limited number of parking spaces! Parking space or garage space must be reserved in advance with the key holder: parking space CHF 5.00/day, covered parking space CHF 8.00/day, garage space CHF 16.00/day, payable on site. Lounge with internet connection (WiFi). Ski passes are available at reception. 2-room apartment 57 m2, on the ground floor, east facing position. Renovated in 2016, comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds and satellite TV (flat screen), radio and DVD. Exit to the patio. 1 room with 2 beds. Cozy apartment, functionally furnished and equipped. In the kitchen you will find everything from a toaster to a fondue pan. Well located, you can get everywhere in 5-10 minutes.

It's actually a good holiday apartment and we were always satisfied. This time, however, there was mold in several places in the apartment, which we were concerned about.

Spacious holiday apartment with a (just) view of the Untersee. Large living/dining room. Located on a slope, parking spaces are available. Coop, Obersee and Untersee as well as mountain railways are easily accessible on foot. There was a light one in the
