The entire property is incredibly peaceful and surrounded by vineyards, orchards, and rolling hills—it really feels like a hidden gem in the heart of the Douro Valley. The rooms were spacious and super clean. We loved waking up to the quiet and ending the day with the most stunning sunsets over the valley—absolutely unforgettable. Everything about the place invites you to slow down and enjoy nature, whether it’s walking the trails, picking fruit, lounging by the pool, or simply taking in the view. A big thank you to Alex, who was so helpful and kind throughout our stay. He gave us fantastic local recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed—his warmth made the experience even more special. This was one of the most relaxing trips we’ve had as a family, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. If you’re looking for a beautiful, quiet spot to unwind and take in the magic of the Douro, this is it."

"The hotel rooms and restaurant offer excellent views, overlooking a vineyard, and are within a few minutes' drive of nearby restaurants and supermarkets. In terms of facilities, the shared spaces are ample, and complimentary tea, biscuits, and fruit are provided. Regarding hygiene, given the mountainous location, small insects are unavoidable. As for the rooms themselves, while spacious, the amenities are basic. The addition of an electric kettle, water cups, and a clothes rack in the bathroom would be ideal."
