First and foremost, please take my sincerest apology for the less than satisfactory experience you had. We are under new management and currently undergoing renovations to fix problems that you described. We always try to provide the best service to our guest and on this occasion, we didn’t exceed our basic expectation. We do provide Do Not Disturb signs to all our guest who want privacy, as our housekeeping staff does service rooms daily. I have spoken with our maintenance team to fix the faucet and outlets. I hope that you can forgive the inconvenience and not let it stop you from staying with us in the future. I do apologize for the inconvenience of the items that you mentioned did not work properly. I have alerted maintenance to address those issues immediately. We are a non-smoking property, and I apologize for the smell that you encountered. I have retrained my housekeeping staff on how to properly handle rooms with those issues. While we maintain our standards of providing exceptional service, it sounds like we missed a few marks on this occasion.
