Name on reservation must match your ID at check in. Please note that neither Sojourn nor the property owner shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. Neither Sojourn nor the owner guarantee the safety or security of any vehicle parked in the parking space and disclaims any responsibility for any acts of theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity. There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice. House Rules & Guest Responsibilities We kindly ask that you review and confirm acceptance of the following House Rules on behalf of yourself and all guests in your party. These standards help us protect our homes, respect our neighbors, and ensure every guest has a serene Sojourn experience. Violation of these rules could result in a termination of your reservation without refund. No Smoking To keep things fresh and comfortable for all guests, smoking (including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping) is not allowed inside the home or within 50 feet of the building—including outdoor spaces. If smoke is reported or detected, we may need to end your stay, apply a $500 cleaning fee, and report the issue to the booking platform. We hope you understand—it’s all about keeping the space pleasant for everyone. Parties or Events Quiet Enjoyment We love a good time—but we also love our peace and quiet! Parties and events aren’t allowed, and all of our homes have decibel readers that help us monitor for loud noise (don’t worry—they don’t record anything). If we receive a report about excessive noise or gatherings, a team member may check in, and your reservation could be canceled without refund. Thanks for helping us keep things serene for our neighbors and other guests! Security Notice All Sojourn properties are equipped with exterior security cameras, including coverage of entryways and common areas that are recording at all times. These are used for guest safety, property protection, and in some cases to ensure compliance with local city regulations. There are no interior cameras inside any of our homes. Plumbing Etiquette — What Not to Flush or Dispose Please only flush toilet paper—no wipes, feminine products, or anything else. And avoid putting grease or non-food items down the drain or garbage disposal. Plumbing repairs can be expensive, and we’d hate to have to pass that cost along to you! Linens & Care At Sojourn, we provide luxury linens of the highest quality for your comfort. We kindly ask that you help us care for them by following these guidelines. Do not use towels or bedding for cleaning, makeup removal, hair dye or any other activities that could permanently stain the linens. If linens are found to be permanently stained or damaged, we will request reimbursement for the cost of replacement. No Fireworks For your safety and to comply with local regulations, fireworks—including sparklers—are strictly prohibited at all Sojourn properties.. No Pets Unfortunately, this property is not pet friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet, please reach out to us—many of our other homes warmly welcome furry friends.
