Majoituspaikan vastaus: Thank you for choosing our hotel. We are happy that our service team was able to accommodate your early arrival request by upgrading you to a suite at no additional charge. We do apologize as a towel left on the hook by a previous guest as evidence of a previous guest does give impression of room not being completely cleaned and we apologize for that. We train daily our housekeeper to double check that hook as when door is opened it’s hidden. Thank your pointing this out and we trust that our manager was able to come retrieve it and assure you of the cleanliness of the suite. We do have a manager in duty 24/7 and I hope they were able to replace the pillows with brand new ones that we keep on hand. We look forward to seeing you again and apologize for the inconveniences you encountered on this previous stay.

We are reaching out to you direct to discuss why it was not quiet as Arkansas City is a nice sweet and quiet little town and our hotel prides itself in being on the outskirts and quiet. Additionally we are concerned as to why you do lot prefer white towels but we are required to buy the Wyndham hotel approved WynDry towels which actually are more expensive than traditional hotel towels but we do not have any choice in this as it is mandated by our franchisor, Wyndham Hotels. We look forward to a direct conversation to get more details on our stay but apologize that this visits didn’t exceed your expectations.

Majoituspaikan vastaus: Thank you for your business and the review. Yes the rates during Walnut Festival are extremely high everywhere with no rooms available for a 100+ mile radius. We apologize that the check in process was length as the staff was struggling with everyone coming in from the restablecer during breaks. We will certainly staff differently next year. Apologies about the clerical error of wrong receipt being given but happy our service team worked it out. Also, all receipts are correctly emailed upon departure as a backup. We do sincerely apologize for the hiccups throughout your stay that we know do add up to be quite frustrating. We do hope that you enjoyed the festival and kept out of the rain. Our goals for satisfaction are high and in this case it appears we missed the mark and for that we apologize. We do have a manager on duty 24 hours per day, seven days per week and 365 days per year. If you have any questions concerns or if anything is wrong, we would love to make it right at the property so that you can enjoy your time with us.We do have a year-round contract with the major railroad company and they often complement us on our beds and how much sleep and rest they get. I’m not certain if you confused our hotel with another one along your route, but uncomfortable beds is just something we don’t often here, but we will look into the mattresses in the room where you slept, and make certain that all was good. Again, we apologize that we did not exceed your expectations on this visit, and hope that you choose to give us another try and grade us on our hospitality, and the physical attributes of our hotel at that time.
