房間非常美，海景很漂亮，室內還有大泡池，陽台空間很大，酒店的早餐非常好吃，房間內還送了歡迎水果，雖然在山上但是離海灘走路也衹需要十來分鐘，物超所值

感覺還都挺好

一般吧，比較老，但服務還可以，位置很安靜

除了位置有點偏以外 其他滿分！非常好的入住體驗，和朋友在希臘度假的首選，酒店設施齊全，環境優美，泳池也很不錯

房間很新 有一點點裝修味道 水壓感覺有點低 衞生不錯 前台的工作人員很熱情 早餐是自助每天東西都不一樣 味道還可以 自帶的泳池很好遊🫶🏻

物有所值，建議租車

從機場到酒店由了我35歐，我是真心疼，因為酒店挺近的啊。到了後看到大海心情就開朗了，還有前台漂亮小姐姐。房間大，獨立私人浴池，可惜我沒用衹用了按摩浴缸。酒店的服務人員不管是前台客房還是餐廳都很禮貌。

I had a truly disappointing experience at Elegance Luxury Executive suits in Zakynthos. First and foremost, the prices are outrageously high for what you get. The basic amenities you'd expect in a luxury suite were sorely lacking. The shower had no hot water, which made for a miserable start to each day. To make matters worse, it seemed like almost everything in the suite was out of order or in need of maintenance. From broken fixtures to malfunctioning appliances, it was clear that the property was not well-maintained. One of the most troubling aspects of my stay was encountering a racist bartender. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and tarnished the entire experience. It's disappointing that the staff didn't address this issue promptly. Lastly, when I tried to relax at the swimming pool area, I was told there were "no towels" available. This is a basic amenity that should be provided without question at a luxury establishment. Overall, my stay at Elegance Luxury Executive suits was a regrettable experience filled with disappointment and discomfort. I would strongly advise against booking a stay here. I almost forgot to mention the poor breakfast experience. The breakfast served at Elegance Luxury Executive suits was subpar at best. The options were limited, and the quality of the food left much to be desired. It felt like they were cutting corners even with this basic meal, further contributing to the overall disappointment of my stay.

位於扎金索斯島的一座山上，酒店設施非常齊全，房間非常大，早餐豐富，服務非常周到，唯一的不足就是地理位置偏僻。

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo hotel ed è stato tutto perfetto. La struttura è dotata di una grande piscina con vista panoramica . Segnalo l'attenzione ai minimi particolari da parte della direttrice dell'hotel sempre presente e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti e di tutti i dipendenti ed in particolare del sig. Stamatis che supervisiona il reparto ristorazione e bar accertandosi che tutto sia perfetto. La posizione è ottimale e distante dal caos a circa 20 minuti da Zante centro . Le stanze sono molto spaziose e confortevoli . La colazione offre molte varietà sia per il salato che per il dolce con un ottimo yogurt greco .

Ci siamo sentiti coccolati, Albergo un po’ nell’interno con vista panoramica ,a 700 metri dal mare ,camera molto spaziosa , trovato per caso dopo una pessima esperienza in un altro albergo , Lo staff gentilissimo ..specialmente la diretttice o proprietaria ,avevamo aereo in serata ed abbiamo lasciato i bagagli nella sua stanza …al ritorno ci ha permesso di fare doccia …grazie anche al signore che ha recuperato borsa con portafoglio e documenti !!!

We were very satisfied with our stay. The food was delicious, the cleanliness was excellent, and the room was very good. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a better room, which was a wonderful surprise. Overall, we can highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.
