一般吧，比較老，但服務還可以，位置很安靜

除了位置有點偏以外 其他滿分！非常好的入住體驗，和朋友在希臘度假的首選，酒店設施齊全，環境優美，泳池也很不錯

房間很新 有一點點裝修味道 水壓感覺有點低 衞生不錯 前台的工作人員很熱情 早餐是自助每天東西都不一樣 味道還可以 自帶的泳池很好遊🫶🏻

物有所值，建議租車

從機場到酒店由了我35歐，我是真心疼，因為酒店挺近的啊。到了後看到大海心情就開朗了，還有前台漂亮小姐姐。房間大，獨立私人浴池，可惜我沒用衹用了按摩浴缸。酒店的服務人員不管是前台客房還是餐廳都很禮貌。

I had a truly disappointing experience at Elegance Luxury Executive suits in Zakynthos. First and foremost, the prices are outrageously high for what you get. The basic amenities you'd expect in a luxury suite were sorely lacking. The shower had no hot water, which made for a miserable start to each day. To make matters worse, it seemed like almost everything in the suite was out of order or in need of maintenance. From broken fixtures to malfunctioning appliances, it was clear that the property was not well-maintained. One of the most troubling aspects of my stay was encountering a racist bartender. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and tarnished the entire experience. It's disappointing that the staff didn't address this issue promptly. Lastly, when I tried to relax at the swimming pool area, I was told there were "no towels" available. This is a basic amenity that should be provided without question at a luxury establishment. Overall, my stay at Elegance Luxury Executive suits was a regrettable experience filled with disappointment and discomfort. I would strongly advise against booking a stay here. I almost forgot to mention the poor breakfast experience. The breakfast served at Elegance Luxury Executive suits was subpar at best. The options were limited, and the quality of the food left much to be desired. It felt like they were cutting corners even with this basic meal, further contributing to the overall disappointment of my stay.

Nous avons passé 11 nuits dans cet établissement dans une suite avec vue sur mer (sans piscine privée). La vue était splendide, et la chambre, spacieuse, élégante et confortable. Le personnel s’est montré chaleureux, attentif et toujours disponible. Un grand merci à Stamatis, le serveur du bar, qui s’est distingué par sa gentillesse et son sens du service. Il nous a donné d’excellents conseils pour découvrir l’île et nous a orientés vers des excursions en petits groupes, bien plus abordables que celles proposées à la réception, qui ne propose que des options privées coûteuses ou en grands groupes. Toujours aux petits soins, il contribue à rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avions opté pour la demi-pension. La première semaine, les repas étaient variés et très bons. Cependant, dès la deuxième semaine, les plats proposés étaient répétitifs. À noter qu’il ne s’agit pas d’un buffet, mais d’un choix entre trois menus par jour. La piscine est un véritable atout : grande et magnifique, avec une vue exceptionnelle. Un moyen de transport est indispensable pour se déplacer et explorer les environs. Nous recommandons cet établissement et y avons séjourné en juillet 2024.

When we entered our room, our first impression was that it was very nice. But we soon found out that the toilet did not work. There was also no running water in the sink, and no cold water in the shower. The room had a whirlpool tub, which did have hot and cold running water. We were told that the whirlpool tub was on a separate water line, and that most likely all rooms on the same wing were facing the same problem with water to the bathrooms. We were also told there were no other rooms available, and that they would contact someone to take a look. After a couple of correspondences with hotel staff, we were told that someone would be there around 11:00 pm. In the meantime, we had to use the hotel basement restroom. Later in the evening we seen that the whirlpool tub had a spray bar, so we thought we could take showers in the tub. The knob to turn on the spray bar was broken so we couldn't use it. We ended up filling the tub with water to wash but noticed that a LARGE amount of chunky debris was coming out of the faucet. Not really sanitary in my opinion. It appears that there are serious issues with the plumbing at the hotel. Needless to say, the water problem and toilet were never fixed, so we asked the hotel for buckets. We filled them with water from the tub and poured them in the toilet to flush it. We also noticed peeling wallpaper in the room, weeds growing between the decking of the boardwalk around the pool, and an overall lack of maintenance.

Perfect stay The hotel is beautiful and the service is amazing! The hotel manager is extremely professional, attentive to guests and made our stay over the top. The suites are gorgeous. We will definitely come back.

Um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei! Estadia perfeita, um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já vi em todos os hotéis que já fiquei. Os funcionários eram super atenciosos e o hotel maravilhoso!

Exceptionnel Séjour exceptionnel malgré un équipement dans la chambre comme la douche qui fonctionnait mal mais le reste magnifique pour nous. Le personnel est fort sympathique et à l’écoute. Stamatis parle français ceux qui nous a bien aidé. Il a été d’une grande aide et aux petits soins sans qu’on lui demande forcément. Il est d’une pure gentillesse et de bon conseils.
