LiLs Review is spot on. I hope the hotel takes the comments contained within the review as constructive and make improvements to put right the short falls. My family enjoyed our stay however I feel they must address the (not sure how to say it, so I'm going to be blunt sorry for any offence) the terrible smell from the toilet. Before I suggest my remedy for this issue I apologise again. Do not flush the toilet during the night when using the facilities. All in all a great family holiday.

We stayed at Caretta Paradise for 7 nights as a family of four (with a 10-month-old and a 4-year-old). The positives: the hotel is spotless, rooms are cleaned daily, and the pools/waterpark are fantastic for both adults and children. The lifeguards were great fun while keeping everyone safe, and we never struggled to get sunbeds. Unfortunately, the food really let the hotel down. While there was plenty of variety, most of it was poor quality—dry meat, burnt, bony, or left cold and soggy. Drinks were disappointing too: watered-down beer and no premium brands available despite some guests paying extra. The snack bar looked great but everything was pre-cooked and unappetising. On the plus side, the Italian restaurant served excellent stone-baked pizzas (probably the best food all week), and the Asian restaurant was “just okay” but still better than the main buffet. The kids club was a real let-down. Activities listed on the app didn’t apply here, the English club was empty, and we were told the lively kids club was only for Polish children. Evening entertainment wasn’t much better—certainly not family-friendly. Staff were a mixed experience: cleaners and lifeguards were brilliant, but most bar staff were unfriendly and disinterested. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential—it’s clean, modern, and has great facilities—but the poor food, drinks, entertainment, and kids’ activities made it a disappointing stay and not worth the money paid.

Diaz the bartender was absolutely great, he was fun, friendly and looked after us well. He was the highlight of the holiday. He works in block D pool bar in the day and the bar in the night by block M. Good hotel with nice food and lots of things to do. Waterpark was good as well.

Don’t stay here. Reception staff are useless, it’s effectively self check in with them shouting in the background, food is awful for supposed 4 star, one of our group spent the whole day in bed after eating in the restaurant . You have to wait until 4pm the day before you leave before finding out if you can have late checkout. Bar and entertainment staff are the only positive for this place. Jet2 should be ashamed of themselves for even offering this place
