Arisaig Hotel

Amazing hotel, staff are like extended family! We booked here to have a meal after our micro-wedding! The wedding was meant to be on a nearby beach however due to weather warnings we weren’t able to, the staff at the hotel were so accommodating letting us get married on the covered decking! The food for the meal was amazing and every guest agreed! The guests that ordered steak were asked how they wanted it cooked and each person said it was cooked exactly the way they’d asked! The scallops were perfect too! On a day that could have gone so wrong due to the weather, everyone thoroughly enjoyed and it was a stress free day! Thank you for making our wedding so memorable in all the best days! We will definitely be back!

Booked dinner here. Not quite sure what’s happened to hotel signage and the old restaurant? It all looks a bit nondescript. Nonetheless we had a fabulous meal with great local craft beers. The hospitality was excellent, food quality really good and the atmosphere was great. They have a great play list

Firstly, the hotel itself: beautifully situated on the bay with outstanding sea and island views. We stayed in room 10, which had the great view. It’s a large, comfortable room with a spacious en suite with a powerful shower over the bath. The beds were comfortable and equipped with good quality linen etc. Breakfast was served in the dining room and included first class kippers and scrambled eggs with local smoked salmon. All good! Secondly the restaurant: more of a pub dining room with a busy bar area used by locals and hotel residents. A great range of drinks all efficiently and pleasantly served…..and so much cheaper than SE England! The small restaurant is set in a gallery overlooking the bar and was very busy on our visit. The two waitresses were rushed off their feet but were outstandingly efficient and gave great service with a smile. Well done! The food was great. We had calamari, cullen skink and very fresh, local mussels. Other tables had excellent looking fish and chips and some huge burgers. This is a great hotel and restaurant….booking strongly recommended.

A hotel with stunning views. Good accommodation. Nothing special about the rooms but served 7 of us well. The hotel has a busy restaurant that serves good food. Nothing staggering but good quality. The high rod this hotel is that the staff team are very engaging, extremely friendly and willing to help. I had the scallops as a starter. These were ok, followed by muscles, again a nice taste with beautiful home made bread. The only thing I’d say is that the muscles were very small. The waitress was a star.

I'll say it again, and old , atmospheric, great hotel, with ncie rooms and lots of sitting areas. Lovely food, excellent breakfast and the staff, especially the friendly bar, restaurant and breakfast room ladies, cannot do enough. The location is something else too.

Amazing place, full of charm, nice vibe and amazing staff. They do live music on fridays. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff is super atentive, even housekeeping asked me if my stay was ok. Whoever runs that place has an amazing team behind. Bar staff are propper grafters!! What a gem!! Keep the good work guys!!
