The key handover had to be changed due to the closed office. That worked out great because the employees spoke German and English, unfortunately my French is very bad.

We had a very good stay in this very well located rental. Private parking, close to beaches, restaurants and shops on the port, departure of boats, fishermen: what could be better. The apartment is well arranged for 2 people. Some renovations would be exp

No hair dryer, salt, pepper dressing, very dirty terrace. Consideration should be given to putting air conditioning on. Rental a bit expensive compared to other apartments where there is everything I stated above. Otherwise very well located

Apartment with a very nice view and a nice terrace. Too bad the deck chairs are damaged, the furniture outside and the brooms are too. The apartment is nice but needs some freshening up. Otherwise, it has very good bedding.

Apartment very well located excellent sofa. This apartment is very pleasant because we have a view of the port and the boats. In addition, you do not need to take the car to go shopping, the beach center of Argeles is only a 15-minute walk away.

Cela fait au moins la 5eme fois que je viens au Santa Maria pour le pont de mai, c'est paisible agréable vue sur le port. Belle ballade à faire quand il pleut pas. Très pratique pour récupérer les clés quand on arrive tard. La pièce à vivre est un peu pet

The situation of the accommodation is top but there are a few points to improve: Put a hoop on the parking space (space not available for several days reported but without solution), air conditioning is essential, missing a duplicate of the keys and badge
