Diana Palace Hotel Zakynthos

Absolutely brilliant holiday we enjoyed every minute of it. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them. We will definitely be returning, thank you all Diana Palace for everything thank you Stathis and Eleoner xx

Changed room as the first one we did not feel safe but they changed rooms for us very quickly and the staff are brilliant, special shout out to the bar man he allowed me to make my own drink called the “boss man special” overall very nice hotel. Great mix of young people and older people which makes it great for a family get away.

Just home from a week at Diana Palace Hotel, on an all inclusive basis booked through Jet2. Hotel was excellent - clean and comfortable, friendly and hard working staff, very good quality and variety of food. Restaurant staff quick to help with anything, especially Christos and Eri. Drinks pretty much standard - Stathis in the pool bar was great. Not much to the resort, only really one relatively small beach. Plenty of tavernas and bars, but we were more than happy with the hotel. Got a bit busier towards the end of the week, and entertainment a bit noisier, but no pressure to join in.

We are just back from a weeks stay in Diana Palace. This is our second trip to Greece, last year was Rhodes. We loved the people of Greece when we were away last year and i can say that this was the case again this year, in fact the hightlight of our trip if im honest. The 3 people who we have the our main interactions with were Elena,Stathis and Anka and to be fair there is very little we can say other than amazing people. So lovely, kind and warm, they are the heart and soul of this little place and truely what makes it special. The rooms were ok, we were in the "new" part of the hotel. They were spotless and modernised but are facing the childrens pool which could cause an issue in peak times. The air conditioning to my surprise is NOT available and must be paid for at at hefty price of 10€ per day. The safe is also another hefty 5€ a day also, AND be ware the tax is 10€ per day which amounted to €70.00 for the week which musst be paid in cash !!!! When we arrived we did not have cash as im sure many people are in the same boat and said we would get some cash over the coming days. following a barage of phone calls to both myself and my husband we find someone to withdraw cash so make sure you have that with you. The food was good and plentiful and was always fresh and we never found ourselves wanting for anything. We did take a tour for the Turtle Watching but used Peters Tours just out the back of the hotel. it was fantastic and again anyone we engaged with was fab. we did look at using Ian in the hotel but his prices were significantly more.

Returned today, from a seven night stay at the Diana Palace Hotel and what a stay it has been! From the speedy, friendly and efficient check-in by Achilleas on reception, to the impeccable service by Stathis the Bar Manager to the superb service by the restaurant team, this hotel ticks all the boxes. Room 101 was our 'home' for the duration and has a balcony overlooking a busy street, where we could comfortably sit 'people watching' and was kept delightfully clean and serviced by the housekeeping team. The quality and variety of food offering was consistently good, including several 'nations' themed nights and catered for all tastes. All meals are buffet service. The whole hotel is kept consistently clean in all areas. The pool area has adequate sunbeds, parasols and deck chairs and is the focal point of the hotel's entertainment programme. There are many bars and restaurants for guests who chose to try an alternative occasional dining options all within a few minutes walk. Argassi is not as brash as some of the more (in)famous Zakynthos resorts having a quieter but still lively vibe. Our first visit to Zakynthos, having visited other Greek islands and after this holiday at Diana Palace Hotel, our new favourite.

We hebben 1 hele rustgevende vakantie ervaren. Het personnel, van restaurant, bar, animatie, receptie tot kamermeisjes was heel vriendelijk. Het hotel is verbouwd tot een hele chique hotel. We zijn goed geïnformeerd over taxi of andere activiteiten buiten het hotel. Het eten was gevarieerd maar meestal Griek.
