I spent a wonderful holiday at Admiral De Luxe and it was truly a peaceful retreat. This hotel offered everything I was looking for, from exceptional staff to fantastic food and drinks, making it a memorable stay. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I highly recommend Admiral De Luxe!!!

Booked this hotel last minute with TUI. When we finally arrived after a 9 hr delay. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist. Checked in very easy. The hotel had set up some food for us because of the delay which was very nice of them. Lift didn't work. Thank God we were on the 1st floor. Room was lovely, bathroom a bit small but it was ok. Clean and towels daily. Food was hit and miss. Even though we paid for All inclusive, we found that we ate out in the evenings because the food was just ok. There was not enough sun beds to cater for all guest. But found that some guests were putting towels on about 4 beds, but only using 2 at a time, so that they could swap when the sun had moved. Which was quite irritating, selfish and annoying. Because of this for 4 days we went to the Skyfall Beach bar and sunbathed there,which was lovely. The staff were really nice and could not do enough for you. Food and drinks were delicious . Staff did nothing about it. Entertainment was ok, loved the Elton John tribute act. Very entertaining. Our cleaner always asked if we wanted to change our bedding, but I don't see the point really, I don't do it at home,so why would I ask for it to be changed daily here. Zante is a beautiful island and the people were so welcoming. But after paying 1,700 for our stay is was definitely not worth it. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Awful food awful hotel long queues awful bathrooms no handrails only 1 lift food was low quality and lukewarm at best more like a 2 star hotel if staying here you would be better using your lilo on the bed base rather than the pool as beds so low and hard worst hotel stay ever

NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL! TUi advertising this as a 4 star hotel is a joke!! Room was dirty. We upgraded to a private swim up pool room and we had to share the pool with the room next to us where in the description it was supposed to be private. Ants in the room and some type of weird bathroom bugs. Breakfast was disappointing. I emailed the hotel 2 weeks before our arrival asking whether they’ll be able to cater for me (we got all inclusive) as I have a gluten allergy never got a response!! Receptionists don’t like their jobs- not helpful at all. When you want to iron your clothes not only you have to pay a 20 euro deposit (as if anyone would steal an iron and a board and put it in their suitcase) and you have to go get it yourself and carry it to the room then return it back straightaway. Not enough beds and sun loungers by the pool and they keep being reserved since 7am! Drinks and cocktails are absolutely awful and staff are grumpy. We ate out every single day. When we checked out there wasn’t even a question on how we enjoyed our stay, not even a goodbye. The receptionist took our room key and didn’t say a word. On the day of our check out we had maids knocking at 7am (which woke us up!) trying to get the room cleaned- bare in mind check out’s at 10…

We had wonderful days and the staff was very sweet and took great care of us. these people work so hard, we have a lot of respect for them. the woman who cleaned our room every day (room number 309) was super sweet. We had nice contact with her and she made sure that our room was clean every day. the food at the hotel was also delicious! We didn't lack for anything and had a great time. In short, we can 100% recommend this hotel to everyone. We gonna miss it there, but we Will leave with a full heart ＜3

In my opinion this hotel has it all. Definitely a 4 Star-Hotel! We loved this place because it counts with a very skilled chef who will surprise you every day with a new menu, high quality ingredients, perfect temperature, exquisite flavors and an esthetic presentation that invites you to try everything you see. My favorite dishes were Duck a l'orange, Beef Stroganoff and the Salmon. The variety of cheese was also very appealing. The restaurant staff looks after every detail and Pellum, the General Manager, is always ensuring you're having the best possible experience. I wouldn't hesitate in choosing this hotel for my next vacation. Do not fall into unjustified reviews lacking of sense.

Staff were fab, hotel was clean well run and comfortable. Room was just as photo online, food was delicious and the cocktails were amazing. 5 min walk from Main road and shops and restaurants. Zante town in a 40 min walk, has regular buses going there, we hired a car and found to most wonderful beaches and places. The island is so beautiful and worth exploring.

Erster Tag bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer weil unseres angeblich technische Probleme hatte. Zweiter Tag bekamen wir dann ein Zimmer mit ca 13m2 obwohl wir 35m2 gebucht haben. Wir hatten Platz Angst. Danach gleich bei TUI angerufen und beschwert. Wir bekamen dann am dritten Tag um 12 Uhr erst unser richtiges Zimmer. Aufzug war auch kaputt. Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt. Aschenbecher muss man selber auslerren. Essen war gut aber immer dasselbe mit anderen Soßen. Die Rezeption war in keinerlei Hinsicht kooperativ und haben uns quasi abgespeist. Das Duschen war die reinste Katastrophe. Das Wasser wurde einmal kalt dann heiss dann wieder kalt und und und. Man musste aufpassen das man sich nicht verbrennt. Natürlich gleich bei der Rezeption gemeldet und natürlich war kein Techniker da :/ Am vorletzten Tag wollten wir einen Late check out machen für 80 Euro und die Rezeption meinte es ist unmöglich. Wir können bis 11 Uhr das Zimmer noch nutzen und dann müssen wir auschecken. Wir mussten somit 7 Stunden die Zeit runter biegen weil unser Flug erst um 20:30 ging. Wenn man in diesen hotel nicht gut englisch kann dann wird man einfach im Regen stehen gelassen war mein Gefühl. Ich würde jeden dieses Hotel abraten den dies ist kein 4 Sterne Hotel sondern ein Selbstbedienungsladen. Nie wieder dieses Hotel!!!!!!

We loved the Admiral Deluxe, we spent a nice week there, and we couldn't recommend it enough. The hotel is beautiful and very modern, the staff are great, they were always at our service and the general manager was ery kind and in every detail. The food is excellent, it was always at temperature despite what other reviews said, every day different menù, and we enjoyed very much the fruits spot and the desserts (of which we added photos), but the rest was great too. In our opinion, the 4 stars are totally deserved for this hotel.
