Parking at the house. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 3 km, railway station 8 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Trasimeno 20 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. 3-room semi-detached house 100 m2 on 1st floor, spacious, comfortable furnishings: living room with 1 sofabed, open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV.
