this hotel was wonderful and accommodating and clean. we arrived by overnight by bus and were very tired in the morning but the staff brought us breakfast (helped me discover how much I enjoy Altomayo instant coffee - yum!), which enjoyed from our balcony and watched the sunrise. Our only regret was not booking enough time here and in Arequipa - seriously considering returning just to explore the city more and absolutely would stay here again. I had to work the day we were here and the wifi was strong enough for my work most of the time. Very safe location and they stopped my partner when she entered and didn’t notify them who she was, which we understood and appreciated. We also checked out very early the following day and they were equally as accommodating and friendly as when we arrived. Very close to city center and lots of accessible walking to historical and cultural sites of interest.

Don't think, just book Great boutique hotel with accomodating staff and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended!

Great place, except for the nightclub nearby! We enjoyed our 3 nights at this hotel from a Thursday - Sunday. But on the Friday night, the music from the club across the street made sleeping impossible... until 3:00 am!! It was horrible! We were VERY excited on the Saturday when we walked by and some bylaw officials were shutting it down for the night. Not sure if this is a long-term thing or just a one-night penalty of some soft but at least we got to sleep before heading to Colca Canyon. If the club was not across the street, the location and room would have been rated as a 5 star.

I spend 3 nights here The hostel is well located 5 mins far from the main square Near all the best restaurant, bar and museums Hostel is clean Team Was great Room clean and spacious , I was on 302 , really bad smell from the bathroom And the breakfast is not a breakfast …only bad point

Todo un descubrimiento, se encuentra a dos cuadras y media de la plaza de armas, excelente ubicación, me alojé en el primer piso y la habitación fue muy bonita, en silla y con un arco impresionante en el techo, nos brindaron todas las facilidades, el personal fue sumamente atento. Coordinen previamente si viajan al colca quizá les brinden facilidades respecto al desayuno. Cuenta con agua caliente, la habitación establa impecable. El desayuno era tipo bufett e auto servicio. No se escuchaba ningún ruido de la calle o de locales aledaños, lo que se agradece mucho. Sin duda regresaré.

Nice and friendly hostel, very well located, just a couple of streets from Santa Catalina, and one street from San Francisco. Simple and clean. Breakfast included (could be better). Surrounded by restaurants and shops.

Good place to stay, nearby the main plaza of arequipa,

Small rooms in a complicated setting (stairs). Room is ok, didn't have time to have breakfast because of early departure. Hot water ok. The street can be noisy at night. Staff is kind. There are lots of snackbars and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel et l’avons quitté très mitigés… L’hôtel est parfaitement situé à proximité immédiate du centre historique et des restaurants nous avons apprécié cet emplacement. Malheureusement, l’environnement est très très bruyant et avons dû supporter la musique très forte d’un dancing à ciel ouvert situé en face de l’hôtel jusqu’à 4h où 5h du matin et les bruits des voitures. De plus nous avons eu des fuites d’eau sur le sol de la salle de bains et le fait de le signaler plusieurs fois n’a rien changé. Enfin, le petit déjeuner est très insuffisant. À l’opposé, la literie était tout à fait satisfaisante et notre chambre était spacieuse

The building and the room are very nice atmosphere. All staffs are very nice and helpful very much. Very nice location to go many place in historic area. Only weekend nights are quite noisy at night because the disco place is close.
