Our apartment was overlooking the pool and the bar. As a consequence it was very noisy during the day when we were there. Fortunately apart from not being there most of the day and the fact that the bar closed at 6 and the pool opened at 9:00am and closed at 7:00pm it was otherwise very quiet. Well located for local restaurants especially Mirador and Beach Club plus a local shop opposite for daily requisites was a big plus

We stayed for a week in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. As it’s 3 star, it’s very basic but perfect for what we needed. We had a sea view balcony which was amazing. All the staff are very tentative and great with the kids. The breakfast was really good although a small selection. It opens from 8 which was a little late for us but it was fine. There are a few pools which were decent sizes and perfect for kids. There is a supermarket right outside reception. It’s a great shop with everything you would want. The area is quite hilly and lots of stairs. Tons of bars and restaurants in the area in short walking distances. They’re all super nice and all do the same/similar menu. O’Malleys is a great pub. Expect British prices everywhere mind, shops and restaurants. The beach is incredible and a 5 minute walk and it also has a decking/board walk as well as a few restaurants. There was nothing I could fault and it was truly a lovely week. I would advise anyone to go.

This is our favourite place to stay in Arenal our favourite part of Menorca. It consists of lovely apartments with everything you need, a great restaurant and terrific staff. The pools and terraces are fab with plenty of space and spotlessly clean. There’s a really well stocked supermarket directly opposite and everything you need is nearby and within walking distance. We look forward to our next visit in September. Many thanks to the fantastic team - Kristobal the manager, Richard, Afri, Esperanza, David at the pool bar and the lovely cleaning ladies who kept our apartment sparkling. The location, accommodation and service from staff were all excellent. Cannot fault my stay in any way. I visited just before the season started which was perfect for the type of trip I was looking for, it was clean everywhere I walked, peaceful and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and plan to revisit in the future.

Lovely 2 bed apartment - clean and spacious. A lot of steps up and down to wherever you want to go so not ideal for pushchairs. Area outside of the rooms quite dark and dirty. When we arrived on Monday we mentioned that there was a lot of dirt and rubbish by our room, causing bugs to gather but this wasn’t swept up until Wednesday afternoon. Kids Club- my 3 & 6 year old tried this on the Wednesday and enjoyed it for an hour, completing some craft activities. Whilst the ladies didn’t speak great English, they showed me which forms to fill in and I completed these fully with the DOBs and ages. I returned after an hour and collected the children with no issues. Today I took them into the kids club and what appeared to be the manager, said as my daughter is still 3 (4 next month) I’d need to stay with her. I asked if it was okay for me to sit right outside the door on the lounger (as I had the previous visit) and she said this was fine. I had pointed to the seat we were on and she said yes. A few minutes later I went to buy a coffee from the pool bar (my husband remained by the door of the club) and the manager and another member of staff came to tell me off in Spanish. She was extremely rude and kept repeating that I wasn’t allowed to leave and said I needed to now sit inside the room. She was very belittling and aggressive in her manner- completely unnecessary. Whilst I fully appreciate that this may be the rule. I was completely unaware of this fact and clearly this rule wasn’t made clear during our previous visit. What could have been a polite explanation became a rude and confrontational attack.

Schöne Appartment-Anlage, grosse Wohneinheiten, mit grosszügigigem Balkon. Frühstück in Buffet-Form, ganz ok. Für mich das erste mal: ein Türsticker, wenn das Zimmer an diesem Tag nicht gemacht werden soll, super Idee. Sauber und Personal total freundlich.
