We arrived here and was pleasantly pleased with our choice. The hotel is clean and staff were welcoming. Our room was second floor overlooking poolside and a short walk to the restaurant. The food was good, something there for everyone. There was a choice of fizzy drinks, water, hot drinks, wine, beer and off course Sangria. Entertainment catered for the children, followed by bingo and then live singer's. The singer's during our stay were amazing. There were ample sun loungers and noone reserving these which was great. The water park is less than 5 minutes walk. This was free to use. There was a light snack provided, again free if all inclusive. There are shops and coves nearby. The coves are worth a visit, very scenic. There is a small beach approx 10 to 15 mins walk. €10 Euros to hire a beach towel which is refundable. Our only gripe would be from Theresa staff in the dining area. She was very rude and unprofessional. She spoke about our party to colleagues assuming we did not understand Spanish language. I think Theresa would benefit from extra customer care training. Other than that, we had a great time and will return again.

Don't let bad reviews put you off, granted we went in may and it's the quietest month(staff confirmed this) but we had a fantastic week, the hotel was very relaxed, staff were very friendly, all clean and the food was the best all inclusive buffet we have ever had, every day there was something there for all 10 of us to have(this has never happened to us before lol plus didn't even have to result in having to settle with just a plate of chips/fries lol) Around the hotel pool is 2 pools aswell as a little splash area with 3 slides The water park is a great addition at no extra cost if all inclusive and it consists of around 10 slides and a pool, included in the all inclusive bands is drinks aswell as chips, burgers, hotdogs, wraps and chicken nuggets no extra charge Day activities had a kids club 2 or 3 times a day which children needed to be booked in and registered through the tui app or at the kids club door each session - alternatively the animation team do activities around the pool from 10am each day every hour The animation team are amazing, there is nothing they won't answer or help you with, they are actually a credit to this hotel and were better than the actual tui kids club reps Evening Entertainment was kids mini disco at 8 then bingo every night then after bingo was a different artist/quiz/act each night - all finished by 11 o clock The hotel location is amazing, it's literally 5 mins walk from an array of bars and shops, you walk out of the hotel going left then at the road turn right, when you come to the end junction you can go left or right and find many bars, each way both also has a little cove beach

De retour de Varadero, Cuba après un séjour de 9 jours due au annulation Sunwing, a l’hôtel Los Delphines, ce fut un séjour formidable! Tout le staff de l’hôtel en étais formidable, femme de chambre, resto, animations ect.. Je me suis pas ennuyée la bas que du plaisirs. Le resto a la carte no:1 après y avoir manger 3 fois! Le buffet rien à dire, la soupes était tellement bonne , les jus était vraiment du jus et non du jus qui goûtait l’eau.. Les cafés espagnol le matin croyez moi que à tout les matins ont en avait s’en manquer de crème de Rhum.. loll Le vin à chaques repas midi ou souper,Liqueur Fanta, cola, sprite .. jamais manquer de rien ! J’ai et nous avons passer un séjour formidable. C’est assuré que à la fin Mars début Avril nos y serons une dizaines à y retourner. Pour notre part à nous tous merveilleuse endroit. La plage de toutes beauté, les chaises à volonté et maintenant on y retrouve des chaises assises et couchante sur la plage très confortable! Bien hâtes d’y retourner. Des très beaux moments passer à cette hôtel.

Perfect place to take your kids and enjoy your family time. Very tasty food with a great range of meals to choose from, so everyone should be satisfied. Decent size swimming pool allowing to swim both adults and kids. Activities for kids like dancing , sport games etc. If you want to go to the seaside there are few not far by walk with stunning views.

As everyone else we read the reviews about here and found both negative and positive experiences that i can both agree on. The hotel staff are great, some more than others but all go out their way to help you, especially the cleaning staff which work all day and night. Positives of the hotel - ✅ Very clean - rooms, reception, bar, pool. ✅ Good surrounding area full of local bars, restaurants and shops ✅ Rooms were good size ✅ Entertainment staff always working hard trying to get everyone involved ✅ Great local area, called Jimmy Hills, which is full of bars with a main stage in the middle where live musicals play. ✅Beautiful coves and beaches located very close ✅ Aquapark is a great addition to the hotel ✅ Great sized pools - although are absolutely freezing However we did find quite a few negatives, ❌ Food was always cold, and flies are sometimes all over however ✅ great food at the joint on attraction of the hotel, the aquapark, where food is made by order so was always warm and fresh. ❌ Beds were absolutely rock solid ❌ Not a lot of space to put clothes, there was a wardrobe but no draws or anything for essentials to place ❌ The drinks menu is actually quite poor for all inclusive, this is the first hotel where all drinks on the menu aren't included in all inclusive, there was only a small selection of drinks included in all inclusive and everything else you have to pay for. ❌Unfortunately, our room was right next to the main pipe, which we could hear all night, I understand this wont be the case for everyone but will if your rooms 307 ❌ Tourist tax was quite high compared to other holidays we have been on this year I would say the hotel is placed correctly at a 4 star, although there is many improvements that could easily be made. I would aim the holiday at families with younger children as they are very accommodating and aimed at this. We had a great time but unfortunately wouldn't go back.

Family of 4 staying at season end, kids loved the pools and all inclusive food with plenty on offer for most of the day. Water park is included which gives a change of scenery with AI food and drink available also. Entertainment at night was ok. We had a 2 bed suite which was plenty room for 4 of us, not the most modern of places but absolutely fine although the beds are not very comfy. Full size fridge and cooking facilities although only the fridge used. Hotel staff were all really friendly with a rep on site most days. In summary, totally worth it if taking children, it’s not a 4 star place but cant find anything bad to say
