The apartment is well located but it is indeed a sauna. A big spring cleaning is necessary. Finally, you have to live with ants.

very nice little apartment, very well located .. quiet, clean and functional. two small remarks. -Have the blind motor repaired, it takes much too long to operate by hand. - provide something to hang the laundry or towels, bigger than what is already ther
