Very friendly staffs. Amazing View.

We extended our stay because we enjoyed the resort very much. You can get good value for a river cruise and forest trek from tuk tuk drivers outside the resort

Everything was marvellous. To list some, - the Airport shuttle with service of cold water. - the reception at front desk with wet towel and options fresh Juice. - the rooms, clean and cosy with lake view and fabtastic beds. - the pool, though it is a bit small for such a high class Resort. - the Restaurant, the food and the services provided. Hostes named Eden was so professional and kind in all aspects, she covers all areas with aatonishing speed and professionalism and heart melting smile and kindness. Eden deserves to be upgraded to Head Hostess if she already is not. Overall the service was beyond satisfactory.

Definitely a place to be in Arba Minch There are many activities to do like ground tennis, table tennis, basket ball, football, volleyball… The swimming pool is clean and comfortable The best thing about this place is their hospitality is non like any other place in Ethiopia it’s the best!!

Fabulous trip to this hotel. We had interconnecting rooms with big double beds which were extremely comfortable. Beautiful lake views from the balcony and pool is lovely and refreshing. Everything is extremely clean and the service is immaculate. The grounds are beautiful and there are lots of facilities eg playground, pool table, table tennis, spa, gym etc. The hotel connected us to Fitsu Hailemariam as a guide and driver. Fitsu is extremely knowledgable about the area, a safe driver, polite and helpful without being over bearing. Recommended.

Every thing is satisfactory specially head waitress Eden is the most top, rooms are clean, service is fantastic, food is delicious, shuttle service is perfect, I really appreciate all staffs and management team. I will come again and again

As a customer and staff retreat committee chair, I would like to thank all Haile Resort Arbaminch Management Team and staffs for the unreserved hospitality and services ( room with breakfast and complimentary services , lunch and dinner, refreshments, meeting hall,out door entertainments including football ball, valley ball, basket ball, table tennis, pool, swimming) provided during our stay for all staff retreat of WaterAid Ethiopia from April 28- 30,2025. Шикарный отель, один из лучших в Эфиопии, расположен в живописном месте. У нас открывался потрясающий вид с балкона на озёра Абая и Чамо, на цепь гор в обрамлении вечнозелёной растительности, образующих невероятно красивый пейзаж. В отеле отличный спа - салон и бассейн, территория красивая и ухоженная. А от завтраков остались в полном восторге, шведский стол разнообразный, одних натуральных соков было несколько видов, обслуживающий персонал помогает тарелки с едой до столиков донести. В общем прекрасный отель, всем рекомендую.

Wow…. Especially breakfast 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 and all the service providers was nice thanks for your services…………… the receptionists and all the waiters were great service providers ………. We all families were happy and we will promised to come again!!

The prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We loved everything specially customer service at haile is so exceptional,the stuff at this hotel were incredible welcoming and helpful throughout our stay,I highly recommend haile resort for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service.

Excellent service, friendly staff very accommodating. Loved every second of my stay and all of the staff made it a worthwhile trip. The spa and swimming service was exceptional the food and waiting staff were very friendly and I will definitely come again soon

Very nice resort, the fresh air come from the water by the wind and their bedrooms are very comfortable and the food they Cook is very tasty and clean + the green view it's quite nice and i have enjoyed the time there it's such an interesting resort

This has simply been the best hotel service I have seen in my entire life anywhere. The management and staff are very friendly and showed us a wonderful hospitality. Words really fail me.my level of satisfaction and gratitude. God bless you all
