Holiday Inn Express Pamplona

這已經是第三次入住該酒店了，前台服務熱情，態度親切！房間乾淨衞生，整體環境舒適，晚上也很安靜，是一個性價比很高的酒店，值得推薦！

Stayed here many times , always good value, excellent free breakfast with buttery croissants etc, shopping centre just across the road so many places to eat, recommend.

房間挺好的，乾淨，也還比較安靜。含早餐真是太友好了…早上吃了麥片牛奶和麪包，出國在外，早餐真的是頭疼的事情。

I reached out to the motel on 9/15 to let them know that I had a family emergency and had to cut my trip short. My reservation was for 10/11. I gave more than 3 weeks notice. The motel let me know that they could not refund my pre-paid reservation. There is no excuse for this! Horrible customer service!

Con facilidad de aparcamiento en los alrededores al estar en un polígono es un hotel que está bien por el precio y los servicios que tiene. Lo que no me gusta es el trato del personal en el restaurante, seco, estricto y poco amables, parecía que los clientes molestaban y uno cuando está cansado y fuera de casa, lo que quiere es que le traten lo mejor posible. Excepto esto, el hotel está genial.

Gelegen in een gebied met winkels, biedt dit hotel een zeer vriendelijke in-check (Marina is een pareltje met een lach, uitleg en tips), fijne schone kamer (106), schone douche en goed ontbijt. Niets te klagen. Kamer is verder geluiddicht en er is ruime parkeergelegenheid.

Hotel was a great stop off very clean everything you need . Staff lovely and friendly. Breakfast was very good lots of variety had great stay . Local to restaurants and shopping for all you need totally recommend it we stayed a night but could of stayed longer as everything was there you need

My wife and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Pamplona for four nights during the San Fermin Festival. We booked this hotel using our IHG credit card points, so this review will focus on our experience rather than the cost. **Location:** The hotel is located quite a distance from the city center, which could be inconvenient for some. However, there are regular buses that go to the city center, making it manageable. The walk from the bus stop to the hotel is about 15 to 20 minutes, which can feel like a bit of a hike, especially after a long day of festivities. **Room:** The room was spacious and clean, which provided a comfortable retreat after the bustling activities of the festival. **Breakfast:** Purchasing the breakfast package proved to be a great deal. During the week of the Bull Run festivities, the hotel offers a convenient breakfast schedule. There’s a continental breakfast available from 5:30 to 8:00, a full buffet breakfast from 8:00 to 10:30, and then the continental breakfast again for another two hours. This setup was perfect for us since we got up early to participate in or watch the bull run. After the run, we could return to the hotel and enjoy a full breakfast, which was a great way to refuel for the rest of the day. Overall, our stay at Holiday Inn Express Pamplona was pleasant and convenient for attending the San Fermin Festival. The distance from the city center was a minor inconvenience, but the clean and spacious room, along with the well-timed breakfast options, made up for it.
