would Surely NOT RECOMMEND. it Looks good ONLY in pictures. In reality the foom was FULL OF COCKROACHES everywhere in BED, BLANKET, FRIDGE, BATHROOM EVERYWHERE. We were there for new business tie-ups, inspite of it I received worst ever experience. TERRIBLE PART- Mr Alok keeps saying "I am selling rooms cheaper. so you will get the services accordingly." trust me ... Horrible service and hospitality NO COFFEE MUGS. they have smallest cups, tea coffee bags not refilled daily. they hesitate/avoid to replace. maid washed the cups it in the same bathroom basin and put the same without cleaning. NO HOT WATER. NO pressure in shower. Worst if you think of bathing after beach visit. Bedsheets were literally torned and they didnt change Even once in 5 DAYS STAY. Everyday cleaning IS NOT PART OF THE SERVICE. Commode was unclean, Doors were jammed and was not getting locked. and owner tried to convince me on the same. included breakfast is another Funny story. They dont provide spread. 5 veg & 1 nonveg option available and ONLY 1 DISH PER PERSON IS COMPLIMENTARY. for extra dish you have to pay as per the rates. Inspite of genuine reason and Agoda was ready to cancel booking and waive off the fees, The owner straight away denied to co-operate. NO good co-ordinater. pretty harsh unprofessional and rude to talk. THINK THRICE if you are going for this. worth spending little more on stay, but choose something better.

The trip to Goa was the best in my tour so far and the most special one was the place where I stayed, such good and better service, atmosphere like home, and the behavior of the staff and owner here was very, very good. Thank you very much Anup Ji (owner of resort)

The resort is very close to the beach of Arambol (around 700m). The rooms are well-kept, and the staff is pleasant and cooperative. There is a garden area where you can spend time with friends or family. If you want to spend quality time with your family in peace, I recommend staying at this resort.

Amazing great place to stay, the owner is very helpful to his clients . Great ambience All the facilities are top class, Rooms are clean Love the food too You can visit without any second thought Great team.

В номере балкон, холодильник, кондиционер, вентилятор, набор для чая и кофе, телевизор, шкаф, тумбочки, большая удобная кровать. Всегда холодная и горячая вода. Большое спасибо хозяину отеля и персоналу за заботу и внимание, за вкусные завтраки. Любая просьба быстро выполняется. Пляж через 800 м. Рядом с отелем магазины, обмен валюты, кафе. Отличное расположение, спокойный отдых, высокая оценка работы персонала.

Написано что год постройки 2019. Очень сомневаюсь, номера уставшие, может ремонт делали в 2019...? Отель камерный, 12 номеров. Хозяин отеля всегда на месте, решает все вопросы. В отеле брали байк в аренду на 10 дней, получилось 5000 рупий. Мы бронировали номер Люкс, доплачивали, но никакой разницы со стандартом нет... Более того, в люксе жила крыса! Подумали. что пробралась через открытое окно, в первый день ее выловили и выгнали. Но, на второй день она появилась вновь, "заминировала" наш номер. После чего требовали заменить номер. Номер свободный дали, крысу убили. Завтраки бедненькие, в Индии они везде такие, но тут даже джема или масла к тосту нет, только яичница и чай. Номера с виду чистые, но все равно встречается пыль, волосы и грязь. В номере хорошо работает кондиционер, большой холодильник. Очень высокая слышимость, что мешает засыпать. На пляж идти по мостику, через местную Гэ.речку , до пляжа метров 600 - 800. Выбирали отель чуть подорже среди других категорий, но разницы нет никакой. Ожидали большего.
