Beyond Wadi Rum Camp

這家營地的位置、設施和服務大大超出預期，價格非常實惠。 首先，該營地處於瓦迪拉姆沙漠月亮灣景區的腹地，營地外的風景是整個景區最好的。主人西蒙是當地貝多因人，非常熱情友善，我們一到村裡，他就接上我們前往營地。午休後，由帥小夥大衞開着四驅車帶我們遊覽月亮灣的景點和看日落（觀景和看日落是另外付費的項目），大衞也是貝多因人，一路上對我們非常關照，在我們觀看日落的時間裏，他升起篝火，特意為我們煮了當地特色的茶水。營地的晚餐雖然簡單，但是每個菜品都是精心準備的，非常可口。晚餐後，西蒙還帶領我們去觀星，之後回到營地的大餐廳繼續喝茶聊天，這是一次非常完美的沙漠之旅。 對了，在營地就可以看日出。

The camp is very well located. It is very clean and a warm welcome. I recommend it without hesitation. Very comfortable bed - the hotel offers excursions which I recommend. It was very wonderful. I will come back to this. I highly recommend it. I hope everyone will have it.

Made an account just to write this I was so happy. This experience was incredible and they were so accommodating, especially the guides David and Salim, and the other staff that cooking and cleaning were so nice too. I came on my own and was arriving late but still wanted to have a two day experience, so they shifted the whole schedule around so that I didn't miss out on anything because of the bus timetable, so instead of having the jeep tour in the afternoon we did it in the morning of the last day and dropped out off back at Wadi Rum village at the end, and also organised a taxi for my trip to Aqaba. On the hike we started with a group but as my guide saw that I was quicker they just let me splinter off and go on ahead. The guides are very knowledgeable and friendly, always offering and sharing and inviting me to sit down with the other guides when they're talking. I'm fairly well travelled I think and I will spend the rest of my life trying to top this experience

+ We were only in the camp one night. Very kind to welcome and very kind the staff of Salman who was our guide for the two tours booked. The camp is fortunately well isolated from other fields or light sources. The tents are comfortable at night and cold but provide additional blankets and a gas heater in the room. The bathrooms are shared, like camping, with hot water and showers even if basic. It's great to be out at night around the fire pit, getting the culture of Bedouin told. Meals are good and plentiful. The tours were very nice and well organized. Beautiful experience I recommend at least two nights in the desert which is really wonderful. The most beautiful thing in all... silence!!!! And if you're lucky, even a beautiful starry sky...
