Twins Boutique Hotel

Before our arrival one of our friend let as a letter at the reception we never get. During our stay we gave an expensive card game for other guest they have asked the reception to forward it for us. First the lady at the reception told they could not find. We have to return from ou holiday but when I contacted the hotel they told they have found it. From this moment they started to lie but never sent it back. Mainly never answered and simply doesn’t care. I think in case you cannot trust in the hotel staff and everything disappear from the reception it is not the best choice to stay there!!!

It was a great hotel sparkling clean, comfortable, great bed, very good shower, spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is in the heart of Aqaba, easy to walk to great restaurants and monuments. Highly recommended. They have a Laundry shop next door very easy, affordable and fast.

the hotel location is very close to the sea of ​​aqaba, the hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, the rooms are clean. explore activities around Aqaba, take a boat ride, see coral reefs, museums and enjoy Turkish coffee and local restaurants. overall recommended.

Tourist scam place, beware! They deducted the price of the room twice, and even after a month and a half they refused to refund, even though they admitted that they were at fault. Avoid! They work with pathetic drag.

Nice hotel, well located (close to downtown Aqaba and to the highway to Amman and the south beaches). The personnel is nice and helpful. Very small private parking but we always found a place to park in the streets nearby. No swimming pool but the beach is accessible walking and if you want nicer beaches, you can go to south beach by bus (free). The only weakness was the breakfast which was not a quality breakfast (few things left after 9h30 although it was supposed to be open until 10h00). Besides that particular point, it is a nice place to stay in Aqaba.

Nice and cosy hotel to stay in Aqaba, Jordan. We were welcomed with special arabian drink and the staff was extremely positive and polite with us. They organised a glass bottom boat trip for us in Ayla which by the way was a very pleasant place. The rooms of the hotel were clean, spacious and the breakfast was nice!

We stayed in different hotels during our holiday in Jordan and the Twins Boutique Hotel in Aqaba is a very new one with modern rooms and furniture. Potentially it is very good, but actually it doesn't reach the expectations of the price you pay. When we entered in our room (it was about 10pm), we found the bathroom quite dirty: hair on the floor, in the shower and inside more than one towel. The following day, after the cleaning service did its job, the hair was in the same places on the floor and the towels were new, but with brown spots and hair inside one of them. We referred about that to the reception staff and they were very sorry. They were very kind to us all the time, but as soon as we checked out, the hotel cancelled our reservation on ***********, preventing us from leaving any review. In this way, the hotel won't have bad reviews... Was the removal of our reservation a mistake or a strategy?!? We'll never know that...

Hotel looks exactly as in the photos - quite close to the restaurant area (15min), nice staff - they helped with details regarding places to go to the beach (they have a discount for Tala Bay - 15 JOD, instead of 20 JOD); wifi working really good; nice breakfast (the fact that Aqaba is a touristic city is visible). We experienced quite an ugly smell in the bathroom (and so did our friends who finally changed the room, for us it was not that bad, but it was annoying) + power outlets not functioning continuously

Bel hôtel, propre, les chambres sont nettoyés juste avant notre arrivé (et ça sent trop bon). À proximité de la mer et du centre, petite terrasse sympathique (vue sur la mer et la ville). Personnel très gentil et serviable. Place de parking disponible + wifi gratuit.
